I have received a red vintage bag and a black crossbody. The vintage bag was great. The crossbody black bag has a knife-like slit in the leather on the body of the bag. I have read reviews that customer service is bad, but I have asked for a replacement. My friends are waiting to hear how this comes out before they order, so I hope that customer service does the right thing and replaces this bag.

Quality of the leather was cheap looking and did not even look like leather. More like vinyl. The color brown was not a rich looking brown. Then I found out when I wanted to return it I had to return it to Australia which would cost me $46. Do not recommend this company.

I’m a fairly bright consumer, but I was DUMB with this ‘fast’ purchase! Vegan leather? Or perhaps a cow who ate plastic or vinyl. The pressed grain can look like leather from a foot away, but any closer & you know- no earthly kind of leather at all. Waited almost 3 weeks for this piece of junk. The design is good - the one plus - so too bad (for me & others) that Libra successfully lied/scammed/defrauded us.

I ordered 2 "luxury leather hobo" bag. After a two week wait, I have today received 2 cheap pvu/plastic/other materials bags with faulty zips.
There is no way to contact the company other than by way of their pre-formatted form or email.
The original advert stated that the owner of the company was giving up due to pain in her hands. Absolute nonsense. The whole transaction is a scam and I am waiting for a refund of £71-91

This purse may look small but it fits all my daily things. Very happy with it.

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS.Cheap, plastic. Gaudy fittings. Sold under false pretences - you have to dig along way into the web site to find out that it is cheap,plastic tat - so called "vegan leather"! They promise easy returns - as long as you pay tracked postage to the other side of the world. Australia: be ashamed these crooks are trading from your territory.

Decent design, as per pics, but not “luxury leather” as advertised. Very disappointed but, as
delivery took nearly two weeks, it obviously shipped from outside UK so return/refund won’t be easy. Yet another scam!

I’ve been rotating between totes for years and none of them really felt right. This one somehow does. The base is sturdy so it doesn’t flop over in the car seat, and the strap length is perfect for me. Shipping took about four days and I appreciated the steady updates.

DO NOT BUY I stupidly got sucked into their Facebook Ad. Luxury Leather!! It is NOT leather or luxury. Check their website, scroll down to "Information" then " Our Leather" its a hilarious read "Vegan Leather"
Bag is ok but no way worth £39.95. I would send back for a refund but reviews say this is difficult and costly as it would have to be sent to Austaralia. Lesson learnt

I tend to overpack and this bag handles it better then my old one ever did. It doesn’t stretch out or lose its shape which surprised me. The inside lining feels durable and easy to wipe clean. It showed up right when they said it would, so no waiting around wondering.

Misleading advertising! Just received the hobo bag described as "luxury leather" It is cheap & tacky. PVC also known as vegan leather. Not the "luxury" leather they advertise. Wished I'd read the reviews before wasting my money. Please do not believe this companies returns policy. It will cost you money without hope of a refund. They do not answer e mails. Once they have your money you will not hear from them again. SCAM!
I am dumbfounded as to how this company can trade on such misleading advertising.

Advert states bags are made from quality leather!! No way!!! Cheap plastic finish. When I queried it with the company, they said it is vegan leather!! So why is it not described that way in their adverts.
Absolutely cheap trash, not worth £10 let alone what they charge. Made it really difficult for me to return and get a refund. Gave up in the end

Hobo bag advertised as genuine leather when in fact it is cheap leather imitation. When I complained I was told it was vegan leather! So disappointed. Not sure if I will waste postage returning it to Australia - no doubt there will; be a reason not to refund. Disgraceful! How this company can still advertise and operate is quite disgusting.

I really love the vintage inspired design and the size is easy to carry around all day. It took about a week to arrive but it was worth the short wait. I’ve already started looking at the matching wallet because it would complete the set perfectly.

Beautiful bag with such solid craftsmanship. It feels sturdy when you carry it and holds its shape nicely. I recommended it to my sister and now we both have one which is kind of fun. Delivery was quick and the packaging felt classy when I opened the box.

The bag was advertised as leather, which it clearly isn't. There is a very strong, unpleasant smell of plastic and it doesn't feel, or look like leather. Also, one zip is broken. I don't know how they can get away with calling it leather - this must go against trades description. And of course, you have to send it back to Australia for a refund. Don't touch them!

I was sent the wrong phone case from what I ordered and I sent in photo evidence of this to their “support” team. In full disclosure I had also inadvertently chosen the wrong size case, and admitted to this, however it was a moot point because I was sent the wrong case. The lack of support I received was unbelievable, she just wanted to argue about the size issue. After citing their refund policy to them (30 days no questions asked money back) they offered a swap. Too little too late. I paid shipping to get the refund and requested escalation to a supervisor. Refund finally came through. Never again. Atrocious customer service.

Overall a really great bag. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments from both friends and even strangers while out. The quality honestly feels more expensive than what I paid. Shipping was smooth and it even arrived a little earlier than planned which was nice.

I received my Luxury Leather Hobo anti theft handbag yesterday. Not well made and certainly not luxury leather as it’s obviously vinyl and has a very strong vinyl/PVC smell. Such blatant false advertising. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Really nice bag. It looks chic but is still practical for daily use which I appreciate. The internal pockets help keep my things organized so I’m not digging around. Shipping was fast and when I needed to adjust my address support handled it smoothly.
