I received my bag, with free gift. The free gift is rubbish, the bag itself is not much better. I do not believe it is leather. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and I have not received an answer, I am being totally ignored.. This company would not be recommended.

Well, buying a "Luxury Leather Hobo Handbag from Libra Cases has been a learning experience!
The bag I received is cheap and vinyl.
I am from Australia and not convinced the return address is a legitimate one!

I certainly regret not looking at Libra Cases reviews on Trustpilot before buying on the net. But, will do so in the future before purchasing online.

I purchased these items based on your advertisement claiming the bags were genuine leather, originally priced at $140, with a 50% discount. Unfortunately, upon receiving both orders, I was very disappointed to discover that the bags are not leather at all but made of synthetic material. These bags are not worth the original or discounted price, and similar items retail for no more than $40. I feel this constitutes false advertising and misrepresentation of the product.
I contacted the company for full refund, they ask me to ship to Australia or take 10% off.
Bag not even leather it is satanic worse $40 not more. They finally give me 25% off still not happy with the product.
False advertisement never buy from them again.

I purchased what was described at a leather bag. It is not leather. I have requested a return and money back which was guaranteed. Ive been told to return to Austraila at my own cost or they will give me 10% money back. Total joke.

Disappointment. I receive my bag yesterday after 9 days of ordering. I was throughly disappointed because the bag was meant for work and I could not fit my laptop in it. So total waste of money because I cant use the bag.

Do not order from this company!
Ordered a bag which was described a leather, when it arrived it was clearly not leather and of very poor quality. The adverts on social media claim this is a UK company that offers a ‘risk free money back guarantee’. When I approached the company for a refund I was told to either:-
Return the bag to Australia for a full refund or
Keep the bag and get a 10% refund!
Initially I said I’d send it back to Australia, I challenged them by pointing out all the ways they had not abided by the Consumer protection laws, but as they are not a UK company they don’t care! They came back with an offer of a 20% refund. Initially I said no but the cheapest parcel postage was £20 and no guarantee they would give me a refund even if I sent it back. So I accepted and promptly sold the bag on Vinted.
I am still out of pocket but it’s my own fault for being so gullible as to fall for an advert on social media! Buyer beware!

I’ve learnt my lesson, should have read the reviews, they all apply. They should be removed from FB, such a poor quality bag. I’ve returned it to Australia (?) and the cheapest method was £11 via the post office road/seafreight. They offered a measly 10% refund despite their 30 day return guarantee. I’m keeping track. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I agree with the comments that have already been written. I waited over ten days for my order to arrive. According to tracking emails it started of in Boulder Colorado then went to Detroit Michigan then to the UK? Also it does state on the order page of the bag I ordered that returns are free, so not sure how having to pay, out of your own pocket, is allowed. The quality is not, as far as I can ascertain, vegan leather, rather a weird kind of plastic with a nasty plastic smell. Note to self that I should read reviews on TrustPilot before I order anything on line!

If I could give 0 I would. This company is an absolute scam. Had my money since Jan - no order received and refusing to refund. An “Emily Green” corresponds via email. She responds to one email a day, clearly trying to avoid returning my money. They have now offered a 30% refund which I have declined.
Do not order from this company.

If I could give less than one star I would. Item not as described, fake, cheap. Can not return because on sale. Don’t waste your time or money. Lesson learned

Advert said UK Company and Free Returns if returned within the 30 Day Guarantee period.
Bag arrived - zips, clips etc are very bright gold, not like the picture.
I asked to return - they said the head office was in Australia and purchases had to be returned there at my own cost.
First email from them was courteous - when I questioned their misleading advert replies became shorter and ruder.
Very poor customer service, bag is nice style but not leather (advertised as vegan leather so fair enough), and zips etc make it look cheap and tacky.

DEFINITELY not leather. Another Chinese knockoff. Even has that Chinese vinyl smell. Don’t fall for it!

Very misleading webpage. The two I bought were not leather but some synthetic material. I was very disappointed. They are based in Australia so it was cheaper to give them to charity. Steer clear of this company as I feel all the reviews are fixed.

Identical experience as other reviewers. Poor communication and they make you return product to Australia PLUS take 30% of your refund. Do not purchase from them!

I don't know about the cases and their quality as I didn't open them. They arrived too late for Xmas and I tried to return them. I never looked at the return policy as I didn't expect to return them. However, once that was the case, i was shocked to find out that they didn't come from within the US, they came from Australia and I had to return them to Australia. There should be a law here in the US that says you have to say where the product is coming from before you purchase it. The return policy is to ship it back to Australia or option 2, that Chinese trick of giving you only a partial return. Customer service stinks and is uninterested in keeping you as a customer. I would rate them a zero if I was able.

To be honest I wouldn't even give a 1 star for this company or product but have to choose something!!!
I ordered two luxurious hobo bags in different colours - they arrived and looked nothing like the advert - zips looked cheap, as did the leather!! I paid £55.91 for both bags and requested to return these - was told they had to be returned to an address in Fremantle, Australia - when I queried this as it stated on the packaging these had been sent from a UK address was informed they had to be returned to Australia but that I could keep them for a 30% refund - rejected this as was never going to use them!! I ended up paying £30+ to return these to Australia and have proof of receipt which shows these were received - have only received £10.48 refund so far and constantly chasing remaining balance!!! Going round in circles with an Emily Green and have now escalated this with my bank - my sister stays in Fremantle and is to be dropping by the return address to check it out also.
But for anyone looking to make ANY purchases from this company - I STRONGLY advice you to AVOID AVOID AVOID - whole thing is a scam 100% and I wish I'd read reviews before ordering.... I won't be giving up until I have my full refund (even though I've lost out anyway on having to pay the postage return) it's now the principle in not letting this company away with scamming decent, innocent folk out of their own hard earned cash!!

Well how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Yep they are not trustworthy. The reviews on their page in my opinion are paid for. I did receive my bag that was suppose to be leather turn out it was pu leather. I wrote and request my money even though the address has a US mailing. They stated that I would have to return it to Australia or they could give me 10% back. What a choice. I am so glad to have trust pilot to get legitimate reviews thank you

Agree with the other reviews, expecting leather and is plastic, zippers are very sticky and ad showed a light color interior, when it came it was black . Also, this purse is bigger than what i am used to, have sent them 2 e-mails about retuning and heard nothing yet. Saw something about having to return it to Auraelia
ilia that would probably cost more than the original price; Chalk it up to a bad experience and will probably pass it on to charity. Would not recommend the sight.

The description is “luxury leather” and this is not the case. It is cheap plastic and the zips are of poor quality too. I am trying to return this but the company hasn’t got back to me.

Saw Libra Cases Facebook advert for their 'luxurious leather' Hobo bag. When received the bag was a synthetic leather, I was disappointed the grey one that I ordered was a browny grey, did not resemble the one in the FB advert. I asked for a return address and was provided with an address in Australia to return it to. This is a total scam. Prouct not as described and they do not make it clear that returns have to be sent all the way to Australia. The bag was posted to me from within the UK!
