I purchased Office 2019 Professional Plus. At first, I was hesitant, but I decided to give it a try because I needed to complete a report on my computer. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I received the activation code within minutes, and the support team responded right away whenever I had questions. My Office was up and running with no hassle shortly after the purchase.

I had some issues with the download because I forgot I had a prior expired version loaded on my computer. I contacted several times and they showed extraordinary patience and finally got me going. I highly recommend because of customer support! David with licenseTom was great!!

Purchased Microsoft office 2024 LTSC professional from Groupon. Price was good, licence Tom provided excellent customer service and emailed serial key within an hour of purchase.

I am impressed with the support from LicenseTom. I'd never heard of the seller previously and was nervous about legitimacy. Figured I'd take a chance and jump. It was late at night when I ordered so I was expecting the key to be emailed and the software ready to access within standard business hours possibly, however LicenseTom had already emailed me the product key within 7 mins of purchase! When I tried to download I realized I couldn't because I'd purchased the wrong version - needed Mac but accidentally purchased PC (so double check your selections folks!) I was super disappointed when I reached out to the seller for a recommendation and honestly wasn't confident anything could be done. They responded within like 4 hours (which is crazy fast in comparison to response emails from other companies that take a few days if they respond back at all - I've even worked jobs where our response time was the standard 48-72 hours). Instead of giving me the old 'joke's on you'/'too bad so sad'/'nothing can be done' spiel, they actually offered a resolution - so thankful! And impressed! Totally made my morning! 5 Stars!

Recently bought MS Office professional pro licence through Groupon at a huge discount from RRP and was surprised to find how easy it was to download the software from LicenseTom. Clear instructions for an instant download and everything appears to be working as it should. Why would anyone pay full price from Microsoft?
