I’ve had a really great experience with License Tom. It was my first time buying a license for a Windows product myself, so it felt a little intimidating and confusing, but every time I’ve reached out to their customer service they’ve been extremely quick, friendly and very helpful with whatever my problem has been and solved those issues in no time (which are usually just due to a mistake or confusion on my part). Definitely recommend!

Office 365 was signed in on my laptop prior to purchasing Office Professional 2024. I had a hard time getting it changed over to the 2024 version. But LicenseTom was VERY helpful and patient getting me setup. Emails were very prompt. I would definitely
buy from them again and recommend them if you are looking to purchase.

I've never felt so confident in a purchase as I do with License Tom. I had a problem downloading word and emailed their support. Within 15mins I had a reply with detailed steps on how to fix my problem. I was blown away. Not only were the instructions easy to follow with links and videos but also the response rate was incredibly fast!

I purchased Office 2024 for my MAC. However, I did not select the MAC version and received the Windows version.

From initial purchase to e-delivery. Double 5star's, for those that like star reviews. For me absolutely the BEST Service and troubleshooting help bar none. If anyone's TECH support can beat David @ License Tom, try it I don't think it's possible. In my case email delivery took about 10 minutes, instructions are clear and all links included. I needed an UPGRADE key, I replied as directed and within minutes David from License Support team walked me through all the requires step and processes. He responded better than my wife, well may a minute or two delayed for email systems to work. For me you can't ask for a better support and responsive company. The product Windows 11 Pro download link and key provided, mere minutes for an email responses after purchase, support same time lines. Maybe I got this at a perfect time when they weren't swamped. Maybe they are just that GOOD! I'm going with GOOD based on my experience. Ya'll have a blessed day and try this service that they offer. I don't think you will be dissappointed.

David was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I purchased the wrong product by mistake, but David provided me with the excellent assistance. He was very prompt and communicated well. I had an overall great experience. Job well done.

I had difficulty with the download at first but this was my error. I contacted them and got IMMEDIATE response. They walked me through the download and I'm not "techy" person at all. You can't beat customer service like that these days. David was very nice and patient with me. Kudos to this company... highly recommend them!

The Office product and key are valid and work on my Windows 11.

Also, I had to reach out to their support team by email, and they responded quickly to my questions and helped me get up and running.
