My company purchased Microsoft office for me through Groupon. I had a little glitch, swapping it from my MacBook to my windows laptop when I switched operating systems. David from license tom To charge of the problem for me ,and at midnight on Saturday night helped me clear up my issues, now that’s what I call great customer service.

Everything went incredibly smoothly…
Everything went incredibly smoothly with License Tom! I ordered a Windows 11 Home License, waited an hour or two, and was happy to see an email from Agent David with a working license!
A couple of weeks later, I had an issue with my computer, and Agent David immediately responded to me when I asked him for help with my license! He was very helpful and delightful to talk with. 5/5 Stars!

License Tom provides used Office license to me
I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 on Groupon and received a license key. When I installed Office and used the key Microsoft said it was already being used on another computer. After Microsoft support said they could not help me because it was bought from a non-Microsoft retailer, License Tom put me on the runaround trying to fix the issue rather than giving me a brand new license or refunding me. Eventually I contacted Groupon who refunding me due to me not receiving a usable / unused license.

I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus - Lifetime License for Windows through Groupon, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. When I purchased a new computer a few weeks ago, I needed to find a good and low cost Office standard addition to install, when searching I ran across LicenseTom web site, I can honestly say I had doubts at first but when I researched the site and reviews the doubts went away. The process was extremely easy to follow and the product was great, worked first time and was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately that new computer went south on me 5 days later.
