I purchased a Microsoft office package a couple of years ago on Groupon and received super speedy support when I had trouble installing it myself. I'm not very tech savvy but the support team was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Fast forward to more recently, I had been using Office with no issues on my personal computer until I had to completely wipe it and start over due to low memory. I reached back out to Support for assistance, and I was shocked but pleased at how quick I got a response back. I highly recommend License Tom and his team. They do everything they can to help!

I ordered 2 versions of Office in 2025 from Groupon. One for me and one for my mom's computer. Its very easy to install and it works great. Do yourself a favor and buy it today!

Deceptive business practices. In the ordering process it is not clear that you need to select the version in another area. Then you are sent an email saying if you need the Mac version, just reply to this email. The solution is to leave a positive review in order to get the product key for Mac instead of Windows. No thanks. You got my money. Hopefully this review helps a future customer.

Tom is probably one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure to work with in the past 10 years. His customer service and his timing on getting back to me with any questions is definitely the notch!!! Not to mention nothing but quality products!

Downloaded the wrong version of MS Office, via Groupon. I emailed the vendor to switch versions and they were extremely quick to reply with sending me the correct version. I’ve had friends use Groupon for software and they’ve always had a great experience.

I purchased the wrong license by mistake, and their customer support was unbelievably fast, on a Sunday, now I realized they sell a lot of licenses for many kinds of software, I will be using them from now on for my software licensing needs.
