Fast response, sorted issue immediately. Very impressed

The support team is so great and responsive and helpful and the music really helps my videos stand out on You Tube!

Seemed like a good idea, signed up over a year ago and upload some videos and a short for each, so far, so good. There were a couple of glitches on back then, but a message to support got them resolved quickly. Recently noticed that one of my videos was suddenly copyright claimed, and contacted support, expecting the same level of service received previously, but…

No. The goalposts have been moved, and where you could previously make a short of your video using the same licence, now you can’t. Additionally, I now can’t use the licence on the main video because it has Ai augmentation, and the music plays through the whole video.

Unfortunately I resubscribed assuming I would be in good hands with my copyright claim, needless to say I’ve now cancelled again and accepted the loss.

Far too restrictive, and they seem to change the terms whenever they feel like it. Would have been worse if I had gone all in and bought lots of licences.

I added "PREMIUM" tracks to a basket, which stated the total would only be X amount, upon then signing up and registering my card the prices went up 10x more... so they're hiding ACTUAL prices and not being 100% transparent with you.

Such a great service to use popular music on YouTube without copyright issues, the song choices available are very good

Great, Fresh Music by great popular and some not so popular artists. The free music is worth it. The popular music is a fantastic deal.

This is quickly becoming a joke of a company. I subscribed they withdrew $15 from my account. I go in there to look for music and it shows that I’m not subscribed and then I have to pay full price for any music which in itself is very obscured and arcane. So I get a hold of Support telling them that although I did subscribe, it’s showing me as unsubscribed and I get back a response of what if you want to cancel your membership you have to do this and this and this nobody said anything about canceling membership although now I probably should.

I’d be very careful about dealing with this company. It seems to have started and grown too quickly and the people they have for Support are either unwilling to read what your issue is or they just don’t care. It’s $15 but magnify that by 1000 people that’s a lot of money. So I wrote them back just now let’s see how long it takes for them to get back to me but so far this is a -10 beware

I'm not sure how to really rate, and I'm super excited to learn more about using the site for a short video we're producing for a Kickstarter campaign.I asked if that platform is allowed or if we have to create a YouTube channel and push it onto our KS site from there. I messaged in the chat but no one responded and it's been a few hours. BTW, Lickd if you would share how utilize your products for our video and the Kickstarter component, please share and maybe reach out to me.

This is the first time I use Lickd , on my YouTube channel SizzleSals I use (2) different songs! A great combination of good music, really adds value to one’s video! Will definitely use Lickd on my next video, thanks again.

The process of adding music to our YouTube sports highlights reels is new to me, but it's important that I do this the right way. I thought Lickd was easy to use and I feel confident with the license I purchased from them. However, it doesn't have a lot of the songs I was looking for, so that would have been helpful to know before I purchased the monthly agreement.

I canceled immediately after my free trial started and they continued to charge me for 3 months. I canceled several times and kept getting charged! They refused to issue me a refund despite the fact I proved via emails I canceled long ago! I never used there service because the songs they had on their were useless. What a piece of 💩 company full of a bunch of crooked teeth British tards.

Licensing music has to be done precisely. Lickd is very good about telling you what to do and what steps to take. Highly recommended
