N0t good value pork roll
I purchased the rolled pork with spicy apple and stuffing @ £9.99 I cooked it for Christmas dinner and was extremely disappointed. I am aware that pork can be quite fatty, but the joint had more fat and stuffing than meat . It most certainly was not value for money. On the plus side, the seagulls in the area enjoyed a good feast. Pamela Hull East Yorkshire

LIDL Lytham
Lytham, Preston Road. A frustrating shopping experience. Piles of abandoned goods on pallets littering the aisles, an empty pallet left on the floor as a trip hazard, cardboard and polythene packing littering the shelves, shelf stackers preventing access to goods. Lidl may be cheap but there's a sense here of, We don't care.
Lidl store High Street, Sheffield
Called to Lidl store High Street, Sheffield. It was manic! one member of staff to manage all tills and queues constantly getting longer by the minute! The manager on duty attitude was appalling, when I asked for an item to be replaced due to no fault of my own. Money spends anywhere...customer care needs desperately looking into at this store...I for one will not be in a rush to return...sorry but true!
Lidl plus trust
Fined for Shopping at Lidl
This was my first time shopping at Lidl. I hired a car to do a big shop and was fined £45 for a parking violation - apparently, you can only park for 60mins. What a terrible way to treat cunstomers.
Rotten ginger
Fancied making some kimchi so popped to the local lidl store for some garlic and ginger, garlic was fine but ginger didn't look great but was all they had so bought quite a large pile of it as i am always using it, making my kimchi i find that every single piece of ginger is rotten inside so the whole lot had to be binned.
LIDL HAVANT
Spent plenty in Lidl Havant only to be sent a parking ticket by the dreadful Parking eye robbers - for completely legitimate parking whilst shopping. I cannot understand the logic of harassing the customers with ridiculous parking bureaucracy, when you want customers through your door, and for them to keep coming back. Won't be going to Lidl Havant again until the Parking eye robbers have been thrown out. And yes Lidl we know you don't actually care.

Lidl on Woodgrange Drive - awful
Lidl on Woodgrange Drive, Southend is the worst. Anytime i go there are only 2 people on the cash tills and the queues are ridiculous. I just popped in there quickly to try my luck and yet again no staff serving. Will never go again, I’ve had it with their terrible service.
Absolutely appalling!
Absolutely appalling!
Faulty item.
Asked for details. Got details.
Then absolutely nothing!!
Day after day after day of ringing and emailing - NOTHING!
If you want great customer service, do NOT buy from Lidl.
I have never experienced such awful lack of concern for a faulty product and showing zero concern, respect, or care for their customers. I have been unable to cut my hedges as the faulty product is an expensive hedge cutter, but Lidl just do not care.
It is quite unreal and I am so annoyed, I am now prepared to go the ombudsman.
Aldi are superb. Lidl are totally awful!!
Lidl jersey potatoes packed still wet
Lidl jersey potatoes packed still wet, ad a result were rotting not very good
Good stone gone bad
Besides shortage of items on shelves, visible spoilt fruit not removed by staff, stoking trolies blocking isles, no staff on floor to answer queries, unhelpful cashiers and to top it all... management without common sense and people skills.
Not worth the cheaper prices.
Maybe I should have gone to Aldi
Usually I'm happy with Lidl but not this time
Usually I'm happy with Lidl. Well, reasonably happy. Their fruit and veg can be off sometimes (normally at least one apple in a bag will be rotten) etc. But today I was just plain ripped off. I bought 2 bags of Bistro salad, both at a 60% off price. At home I looked at my receipt and noticed a 3rd full price Bistro salad added at the end of the list (my actual salads were scanned first and appeared at the top of the list). How and why would the checkout lady add an item that wasn't on the belt? It wasn't expensive enough to go back there and make a fuss, but such a disappointing experience!
