Slightly dinged car picked by firm a few days before Christmas !! but since I got repaired car back in early January it was obviously worked on by staff who were "minding the fort" over Christmas hols - very impressive.
Work done looks impressive.

Excellent service and communication. Car was repaired more quickly than anticipated given the Christmas and New Year holidays. All staff dealt with were courteous and professional. Very happy.

My car has been in the Sheffield brand for 6 weeks so far, for a wing mirror repair. The communication is abysmal, they initially said they received my wing mirror 2 weeks ago and were refitting it, now they’re saying they haven’t received it and they don’t know when it will arrive, they shouldn’t have accepted the repair if they weren’t able to get the part!! It’s a golf wing mirror, it’s hardly a rare car part. The courtesy car they provided me also wasn’t adequately checked over, the oil warning light is on and it’s pretty much empty, the screen wash is empty, and someone had to come out and repair the windscreen wipers because they were broken, shocking that this wasn’t picked up when the car was delivered in the rain? They are completely uncontactable, just goes through to voicemail after being on hold for an hour. I just want my car back, when I asked how long they would have my car they told me 1-2 weeks, this is ridiculous!!

My problem with car was dealt with very quickly and I was kept informed during whole process. The car was picked up and returned by a friendly, helpful driver and he left a courtesy car for me. My car was returned in less than 2weeks in great condition.
I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately my car had some body damage in November. The folk at the Keith branch were excellent. Chloe and the rest of the team were so clear with what was happening at each stage of the process. So polite and organised and I could just tell the job would be done right. The car was collected from my home and then delivered to my place of work at the agreed times. The repairs are great and the car looks like new again. I sincerely recommend this team, they know what they are doing and clearly take pride in their work.

Communication was first class. I was kept up to date with regular updates over the phone with the ladies in the office. I was provided with a courtesy car delivered to my home address at the time of collecting my vehicle. Delivery of my repaired vehicle was timely and both gentlemen on collection and delivery of my vehicle were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend these guys.

Great company to deal with. Collected my car and provided me with a courtesy car under insurance. Carried out the repairs as required. Kept me updated weekly with the repair progress. Nice tidy job and friendly staff to deal with.

We were kept upto date at all stages of the repair with clear details and accompanying videos felt reassured we were in good hands this proved well founded as repair was carried out to a high standard and car returned as new.
