We cannot fault L and I Eaton -- Keith Branch. Our car was picked up and taken to L and I from our home north of Inverness. John, the person who came to collect our car, was friendly and professional. He took the time to inspect the damage and explain the steps involved in the repair. We thought we would be without our car for at least two weeks. We were contacted almost daily with updates on our car repair, and on the 5th day were told that our car had been repaired and would be delivered to us the following day. A nice young man had our car returned to us by 10 am the following day! Overall, this was an exemplary, and much less stressful than it could have been, experience! I was involved in an accident where someone drove into the side of my car. L & I Eaton is the company that my car insurance used for getting repairs done. My car was sent to the Keith Branch. The customer service was Excellent from start to finish. My car was even delivered back to my front door after the repairs had been done and it looked just like new inside and out with all the repairs done to a very hight standard. All team members that I dealt with provided Excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout. Thank you so much again to everyone at the Keith branch for getting my car back on the road. I am very happy with the service I received with regards to my car they kept me updated on the progress and they collected my car from Nottingham and returned it cleaned and hoovered.

I cannot rate Keith branch more highly. From start to finish a perfect service . Picked my car up and returned it in immaculate condition. Hard to believe any damage had occurred. Excellent communication and updates twice a week. Only delay was outwith their control due to waiting for parts . Courtesy car was excellent a like for like . Pick up and delivery drivers were exceptional and arrived on time . Highly recommend this company.
