Top quality repair and friendly staff. Communication was excellent, especially as the repair took a bit longer than expected due to availability of parts.
My car was collected and delivered efficiently, I was kept informed of progress, and my car was returned looking a lot better than it has for some time.
You can't really ask for more, tbh.
Highly recommended.

After being hit by a delivery driver who did not stop at a junction L&I Eaton at Keith branch took my car for repair. The man collecting my car was very polite explaining what would happen. I was kept fully informed of repairs and when car would be delivered. Car delivered as time given. I rate them 10 out of 10.

Dropped my car off after a side impact was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks was kept updated and after 1 week my car was ready to collect . A very professional job and I’m 100% happy . Special thanks to Debbie Johnson the office manager helped the job run smoothly

After having my campervan side swiped at a roundabout by tourist driver my insurance company passed on my details to L&I Eaton in Kieth and they called myself to arrange pickup .
They were very professional , polite and the workmanship is perfect , very professional from the ladies that called to keep me up to date with the progress , the bodywork specialists and also the men who picked up my camper and also delivered it back to my driveway . 5 ⭐️ and Thankyou L&I Eaton Aberdeen north Kieth branch .

My car is my pride and joy and when we had the accident I was properly upset as I never thought it would ever be the same again. Right from the very moment I was contacted by L&I Eaton I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They arranged for collection and said they would send updates as and when anything changed. True to their word they kept us up to date. We had booked the car into airport parking for our holiday 2 weeks later and asked them if it could be ready in time, they said they would try but could not guarantee but make every effort. They managed to get my car back in time and on inspection you would never know it had been involved in an accident. I would highly recommend using this repairer if you ever have the unfortunate need to have your car repaired.

I had a front end repair done to my car nearly a year ago and recently noticed the outside temperature sensor was giving false readings. I got in touch with L and I Eaton who collected my car and fixed it at no extra cost within a matter of days. I have to say that Chloe, Caroline and all the staff involved were absolutely fantastic. I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I would have no issue recommending this company to friends or family and that says it all. Outstanding service!! Many thanks to you all. James Vass

Had to get my mobility car repaired after someone reversed into me & my car was taken to L & I Eaton in Edinburgh. The garage staff were so nice & friendly & kept me updated on the repair process of my car. The staff I spoke to on the phone were so lovely I can’t thank them enough. Totally recommend this garage

Absolutely brilliant company in Keith, 2 guys who.dropped of the courtesy car were super friendly and polite explained everything to me, showed me everything I needed to no in the courtesy car incase i was unsure. Then the girls in the office when I called were polite and offered great customer service,nothing was to much hassle for them. I was kept up to date with the progress of my vehicles repairs. Then the return of my car was great I recieved a video of the full car and the repair carried out, which i was delighted with and the repair was done to a VERY high standard. Again the two men who dropped the car off were lovely and explained everything to me. I then recieved a call to make sure i was happy with the work carried out by the company and i was. I'd highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.
