My order from Pizza Dragon was the last time I ordered through Lieferando. I even announced a €4 tip in advance and paid it, even though it took 30 minutes too long. The driver called me before he arrived at my home and asked me where exactly I live, even though I had already provided my address on Lieferando. Then, when he got here, he told me he thought I lived in Rüsselsheim... The burger was lukewarm, the pizza rolls were burnt, and I couldn't eat the rest. So I paid €28 for the experience, which means I will definitely never order from Lieferando again.

Their customer service is the worst thing you could ever encounter in your life. A company full of lies and dishonesty. Not a single order was delivered on time. Several orders I made were cancelled and I was not notified of the cancellation until after the waiting time which sometimes reached 150 minutes. I am really upset with this bad company. They act as if they are giving us food at their own expense and not as if we are paying for it. I can only say bad, very very bad.

Outrageous! No customer service what so ever! Ordered two pan pizzas from Pizza Hut, one in Large and one in Medium. Both of the pizzas were delivered cold, the larger pizza was overcooked and a Small 21,5cm pizza was delivered instead of a 26 cm Medium pizza. Called Pizza Hut to complain, sent a photo, was hung up on and ignored. Called another Pizza Hut and was told that Osnabrück definitely sent the wrong size and that I should complain by Lieferando. I did this and absolutely nothing happened, no new pizza delivered, no reimbursement, no apology from Lieferando or Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut then proceeded to delete my negative review! I was so angry about being brushed off that I filed a complaint by PayPal. No customer service what so ever!

Would recommend to order from Wolt/ Uber
No customer service on Lieferando - my order was delayed by 1hour - any competitor would respect that this is not acceptable and support with cancelling. Lieferando sends automated email saying that "restaurant is already preparing the order - please inform in advance next time" - how am I supposed to know in advance that the order will be delayed by an hour?!!
There is no support provided to customers in such situations - and you cannot count on Lieferando to make sure that there is a resolution. Whenever you order on Lieferando, it's a coin toss - if you are unlucky - you can forget about getting the customer support needed.

My order has never arrived. After reviewing my claim next day, they told me to get in touch with the restaurant directly. What’s the point of this app if they bear 0 responsibility for deliveries. I will initiate chargeback procedure via Paypal.

Worst app experience. Many a times I don't even get a reply back on the complaints I send. And when I get a reply it's after weeks that too with no refund on the most obvious complaints. Worst experience ever. You have asked me to add a date of experience.. I would say I've barely enjoyed using Liferando. Even if the restaurant is like 10 mins away I have to wait for atleast an hour before I could get my food.
So basically.. neither the app is efficient neither the food delivery.
