Avoid using it. The company is not what it used to be for customers!!
Rather than provide support, for the food I received I was told again and again with pre-defined answers to contact restaurant. I didn't get any resolution even after sending the proof with pictures!
Unfortunately, there is no alternate provider to order food as they have taken over all competitions and now the customer base is suffering for very very poor service.
Please avoid using the platform to order food, it's not worth the time and money. Better use alternatives whenever possible.

Map feature is missing in the new revised app. Please add it back. It is very useful to find the restaurants nearby. Nearby restaurants delivers food faster.

For two times, Lieferando has delayed the delivery because there's not enough courier to pick up the order at the restaurant.
The order took more than 1.5h and in the last time it wasn't delivered at all.

I ordered food and waited 3 hours, the food never showed up but money was debited out of my account. When I tried to contact the Lieferando they told me that the store tried to deliver my order but couldn't. So they said that because the store will suffer a loss if they give me a refund they couldn't do it! Absolutely disgusting service, I'm now at a loss instead of the store and I never recieved my order, how is that fair??

lieferando is a terrible application and customer serivce
i have order few orders a few weeks ago and it take me 2 hours and i did not recevie the order and i called the restuarnt they told me that they are closed i told them before two hour i had orderd a food and they told me today we did turn on the applications
and the other restaurnts said the same thing and i did not get a refund and today i have orderd again and there is no thing i received until i call the restaurnt and they make it there the worst application ever i will try my best to make wolt work with all the restaurants in bremen ! if i could i will DO ZERO STARS BUT I COULDN'T
i have made more than 120 order in this application i have count them before i posted this and i have alot of stamps and discount

If I could give 0,I would give it.I was ordering almost every 2 weeks the last years,but I would not order anymore,only directly to the restaurant eth.The reason is that the last week I received email from Lieferando that if someone is Amazon prime member,can order for free.I followed all instructions and links eth,I ordered and paid normal for example 36,69€(was not any option for free eth).That’s ridiculous that you are using the brand name of Amazon for fake free orders.Not anymore with Lieferando.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered, and the app said it was a 45 min wait, so I waited. 30 minutes into the wait, I noticed a missed call. It was the delivery driver, who had tried to deliver, but as I was not expecting it (because the app said the order was still being prepared) I missed the call. I tried 5 times to reach the number that had called me, but the number was disconnected, the driver was gone, and he marked my order as delivered. Then I reached out to customer service online, and they assumed the issue was with the restaurant who, of course refused to refund. Lieferando wrote me and said "sorry there is nothing we can do.The restaurant refuses to refund your order and they employ the driver" So, they can have a malfunctioning app, and a driver who marks an order as delivered with no way to contact him or anyone else? Where are the checks and balances to ensure the driver ensures the order is delivered? The restaurant employs a driver, and doesn't ensure it is delivered, and refuses to refund an undelivered order, and the only one holding the bill is the customer? So in theory, if a driver from a "partner" place like where I ordered from decides to take the order, and the partner refuses to refund, Leiferando will do absolutely nothing about it, and there are no protections in place.

Bad platform site.
They don't have any customer service to talk to or call to. I made order using this platform and they did make a mistake with my order. I waited almost 1 hour for my order and just found that this lieferando platform make a big mistake with my order. (Confirm it with the restaurant) The worse case was that the order that it's been delivered can not be eaten by a child because of too much jalapeños. (Supposed to be a cream not spicy) So my children sleep without the food that were supposed to be enjoying because of the mistake that this lieferando platform made and until now they don't have any explanations or even apologise for this. better order straight to the restaurant. Big no no for this platform site!!!

Horrible app, no service and borderline fraud. Made an order and though I chose delivery, it ended up as pick up. I called the restaurant to ask if they could change this and they deleted the order and I did a new one. Waited for an hour, called the restaurant and they said they never received the order from Lieferando… now it’s 21.30 and we haven’t received anything but happily paid twice for nothing. Will never use them again.

Visited Munich for a few days and made the mistake of making an order through Lieferando.
We made an order with McDonalds and no drinks were delivered (the whole order missed 6 drinks!!!!). On top of that the courrier who delivered the order was incredibly rude. Tried to reach out to their customer service which 1) took super long to get theough to them 2) all he suggested was we reach out to the restaurant and simply closed our chat before I had a chance to explain situation further.
Honestly, I do not understand what is the point of their support if they don’t care about helping their customers and they will just make the customer to deal with the restaurant themselves.
There is no way I will ever order from Lieferando again and I suggest you don’t either. Any company can have issues with delivery or restaurants but the way Lieferando talks to their customers is just sad. Do better Lieferando!

but surprise the stay the same this they didnt developed themselves :D

Restaurant was: Taste of India. Delivery was much too long (driver had to deliver in Stöcken and in Vinnhorst in North of Hannover before coming to Südstadt!
And the restaurant has forgotten the ordered and paid dessert! I don't order from this Restaurant anymore.

have repeatedly faced the situation when my order either does not come at all (money is not returned to the card), or the order is delivered incomplete. Today was the last straw, the order for a large amount waited 3 hours, came the notice that the order was successfully delivered, nothing was delivered. On all my calls to the hotline and written requests to me did not give me a single answer. If you do not want to be repeatedly robbed, use other services
