A total failure to deliver my order, for which I paid €69.59 via credit card. A deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience. I paid €69.59 for an order on Lieferando.de that never arrived from POMPOM chicken joy - Lorrach. After waiting almost three hours, my attempts to contact both Lieferando and POMPOM chicken joy were completely ignored. To be charged for a service that was never provided and then met with total silence feels utterly unacceptable. I am disputing the charge and closing my account with Lieferando.de, as this felt less like a service failure and more like being scammed!

They tell 40 min. waiting time, after 40 min. They send the delivery driver to a location far far away compaire to the road betteln the restaurant and my location, after 10 more minutes I need to wait for another 15 min. For the driver to reach my location while he does he loses several Times his location so I can not track him the hole way to me. I need to say I order food cause I want to est at a certain time, if it takes longer mood Burger Steglitz ahould call me and tell that it takes more than the prevoius Show 40 minutes.

Their website info seems to be compromised or monitored. I accidentaly wrote my code for my email instead of phone number on the website and minutes later my account is breached.

Order was canceled by the restaurant due to driving distance yet the app still shows as delivered. Imediately contact the customer service by email, 2 weeks later no reply whatsoever. Barely get in touch by phone and by barely I mean customers aren't allowed to call, just businesses which isn't fair but I still called and told they cannot help me with the issue and to wait for the email reply. Never got any

Orders aren't coming through, this happened multiple times now, on 9th of april and today on the 23rd of May. Restaurants on the phone are very unfriendly when asking them what the status of the order is by phone.
Wasn't always like this, but this seems to be the state of affairs now. Restaurants are closed now and I was waiting an hour for food for nothing because somethings wrong with the ordering system. Lieferando hotline says "we're only having a support line for restaurants, this connection will now be terminated" after reaching out to them by phone. All this trouble and there's still no food on the table just to get my money back. Honestly, not worth it.

I've made an order. The courier called me and informed that he could not find my door. We have just 3 doors on the stage. I explained him that address is correct. He told me ok, he will come back and then I saw him driving away. On-line assistant is not helpfull, just asked same questions again and again. Order QFT87G.

The delivery time was already quite long right after placing the order. It kept getting higher and higher, and in the end, the order was simply canceled without explanation. At least the money was refunded. But to find out after waiting 1.5 hours, hungry, that it wasn't coming after all isn't exactly a pleasant experience.

1-star review – Never again.
Worst delivery experience I've had.
I ordered from Lieferando via Pizzeria Roma. I was home the entire time – no one rang, knocked, called, or left anything. I received no pizza, no call, no email. They later claimed the food was left at my door, which is completely untrue – there was nothing there.
When I contacted customer service, they just repeated the same message: that the driver "tried to reach me" and left the food. No refund, no apology, no responsibility.
I checked everything, including missed calls – there was no attempt.
This is not about money – it’s about how poorly this was handled. I was treated like I was lying.
Never again will I use this service.
