Great customer service

Great customer service! I bought a smoothies maker type of blender more than a 2 year ago. In time, spare parts got damaged but motor is still strong and working. When I wrote them about the spare parts and they immediately responded. Even though my guarantee is over they put the client satisfaction in as priority. I am very happy with the machine and very happy with client service after purchase.

Speedy delivery

I mailed on Sunday that my toaster had caused the fuses in my flat to blow and I didn't dare use it anymore
I had bought it in september 2024
On Wednesday a new toaster was delivered , free of charge
I did not have to return the faulty one
Chapeau !

I purchasedExtremely Disappointing – Poor Product and Zero Support from Lifegoods a product from…

I purchased a product from KitchenBrothers (Lifegoods Group BV) via bol.com. Shortly after the warranty expired, the device broke down — completely unacceptable for a product in this price range.

I contacted them, but Lifegoods refused to offer any help. No goodwill, no solution, nothing at all. As if it’s my fault their product fails right after the warranty ends.

It feels like they intentionally wait for the warranty to expire so they can walk away from any responsibility. Their customer service is unreachable or evasive, and they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

I feel scammed. I’ll never buy anything from this brand or company again.

(UPDATED) Same issue as the lady that posted…

Same issue as the lady that posted before me. I ordered an item via Bol and received the wrong one. I contacted them multiple times and they don't care to make up for their mistake. I dare you not to accept my return and I will take you to court even if it's about a 100 EUR, you've done it to multiple people and I can prove it easily.

UPDATE:
They contacted me back and provided a solid resolution. With that said mistakes can happen, but what's not okay is not providing a resolution.
