I bought a gaskookplate via kitchen online. Because a delay with construction of my kitchen the product was only installed after my 14 period garanty on the 17 from delivery. The induction system broke down twice (one time on first week of use and second time after we come back from holidays approx 3rd week from installation). I contacted kitchen online and they forward my request for an exchange of item to zanussi who refuses to provide new item but to send a technician. There is a gas smell still coming from the bottom of the device itself whenever we use the kookplate which was also communicated to kitchen online. Since zanussi technician says there is no problem, they refuse to exchange product. Kitchenonline has agreed via phone that i should be entitled to a new product as product broken down already 2x in short period of time and confirm they will liaise with manufacture for this. However they didnt send any confirmation via email and/or to reply to any of my email contacts. i saw many good reviews on the company because of service or fast delivery. Hope i can make more customer aware that when you have a problem, you will be alone. I am very disappointed with the customer service. Never again!

Very disappointing experience.

Small story about ordering with kitchenonline.

Ordered Miele dishwasher. Called company beforehand for confirming availability and delivery on particular day. Get assurance that dishwasher will be delivered at particular date. Paid promptly and few hours later get e-mail with apologies/delay of two weeks.
Cancel order promptly by e-mail. Called for confirming cancellation and provided bank account to transfer money to. Few days later call again in order to check where we are with payment and get reply "we don't have your bank account details". After pointing out exact date/time when details were sent, got another apology and promise that money will be on my account on coming Monday.

[12/02/2018] Order number D0034847

[12/02/2018] Monday evening. Money is not on my account. Another call and another apology "Order is not cancelled by mistake of someone". "Now it is. Money will paid by Friday".

Money has arrived back to my account on 16th of February. In mean time, I have aquired different model of dishwasher from another selling party. End of story.

Hi, item not delivered and not refund

[23-01] Hi, I am having a really bad experience with them! My wife ordered a blender, and before the delivery she gave up on the product. Then she was asked to reject the product when the delivery was done. And that´s what I did. After sometime we didn't receive our refund so we contacted them again. For our surprise, they said that DHL had delivered it and they didn't provide the refund. They said that we should contact DHL to try to understand what happened. It seems to be a a problem on DHL , which is the company they hired to deliver, and now we are being the responsible of it. Terrible customer experience. Just sent them a new message today, and I am waiting new feedback.
[24-01] I contacted DHL directly, and they said that the company itself needs to open a request for them. Still waiting some feedback from the company.
[25-01] Still no reply on my contact from the company. Cannot believe on a such customer service!!! Really bad!!! I will try one more contact. Next step is to see the possible legal actions.
[26-01] Hi, this is my order number: KO2017-68351. By the way, no reply on the contact email that I sent through the page o client service.
[29-01] Hi, I asked my wife to confirm the order number but finally we got an indication from Kitchenonline that you will investigate with DHL. When I have the number I will post here.

[08-02] Hi, on the email it was saying to contact you on: 0226-355340 option 2. I called 3 times yesterday and 1 time today but nobody answers it. Sent an email yesterday talking about it. Wait your feedback on this.
[Final] After this review and some emails the refund was done.

DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not trustworthy and impolite.
