Paul was really helpful on my order, helped me with the right filters, and patient w extra cc problems I was having.

I spoke with Paul today looking for my order and it was supposed to be sent out at the end of the week, but he moved me to the front of the line because my filter wasn't working without my replacement filter. Thanks to Paul. I don't have to drink sink water

My water system is great, I have had it for over 3 years. Shipping can take a lot longer than expected as the filters are made out of the country, so they can be on backorder. I recommend calling to check and see if they are in stock so that you can have an idea as to when you will receive them. Paul Johnson, who is the shipping guy, was very kind to reach out to me and help resolve issues I was having.

I spoke with paul johnson today. I had questions about the purified setting and the alkaline settings for the water.. I wanted to know if there were still minerals in the water and if it was structured and he explained the difference between the alkaline settings and the purified.

The water from this company is phenomenal and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Paul was especially patient when explaining how to reset my system with a new filter system and clean it. You will really enjoy the quality of the water from this system. I have the MXL-15 Model.

It was my first time ordering replacement filters for my Life MXL-9 filter and I was finding the website options overwhelming so I just called the company directly. Ricardo is awesome! He troubleshot a problem that no one else could figure out. He took the time to really listen and walk me through step by step to make it super easy and save me money. This water filter is so good I bought a second one for my other home. We're all staying healthy and I use for plants, cooking, and homemade body care too!

Buyers remorse!! I feel I was totally upsold with aggressive selling tactics. This unit does not filter out all the complex contaminants found in Los Angeles tap water. You will be SOLD a concept, not educated on what is best for you. This company only wants to upsell you. Do you really care if your water is IONIZED, IF IT IS DIRTY WATER?

Also, the owner uses a false name while working because he doesn't want to be affiliated with his own company. THAT SAYS ALOT!

I have had my ionizer for over 5 years and I love everything about it including the appearance and the talking system. This system saves me a lot of money and avoiding plastic for health reasons is wonderful.
All of the salespeople are great but Justin is special because he gives great service and very accommodating.

I've had my own Life Ionizer since 2013, it's been one of the best purchases in my life. One of the most basic requirements for any life is water. Being able to trust that your water is of top quality is so important. Customer service has always been easy and reliable, maintenance is easy. Recently we remodeled our kitchen and just bought the attachment to keep the machine under the counter. Excited to free up counter space. Though guest always are curios when they see the machine next to the sink. Its a great way to dive into conversation about health.

Just gave an order to Brian for a faucet to connect to my MXL 11 .He was very professional and help me with information. I was tired of using my filter the way it....so we decided to convert it a under counter. THANK BRIAN.
