This shop could not have been more helpful in helping me find an ebike. Mitch, in particular, went over and above the call of duty I would say in explaining everything one might need to know before making a decision. Then on pick-up of the bike I'd purchased Mitch spent a good deal of time and effort in ensuring I was going to be able to ride my bike safely and with enjoyment. You couldn't wish to find a more helpful and informative person, thanks so much Mitch and Life on Wheels. I have riden my new bike and I absolutely love it, best decision to have gone to Life on Wheels.

Just bought an e-bike from Life on wheels inHollywell.The 3 lads who helped me choose Mitch Jason and Pav are absolutely brilliant very helpful and really friendly.I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are really knowledgeable.

Excellent service and very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. For a first time bike buyer/rider I was put at ease and felt that I was listened to. There was a large selection of bikes in the shop for me to try and also all the accessories needed. I would highly recommend this company, I purchased my bike through the bike to work scheme and all the staff in the shop ensured that this process went smoothly, my bike was ready one day after completing the paperwork for the scheme. I’m a very happy customer and would certainly purchase through them again.

Great service
I was a first time buyer for an electric bike, needing something with a boost for longer trips and to help me keep up with the men in my family.
These guys only do electric bikes, that's what they specialise in. They buy stock in themselves to sell, so there is a great range available, without a ridiculous wait for an order. They select the brands they sell because they know they are reliable and give personal advice for your own individual needs. Hands down, the whole experience was great and way better than getting an e-bike off the internet.
They understood how to tailor the right bike for what I wanted to do, they set the bike up for me so I got going straight away so all I had to do was get on and go.
I love the bike they recommended. Nearly a year on after I bought it, I'm way more active than I was before, done hundreds of miles on it and it has never let me down.
