Vorsätzlicher Betrug von Zendesk

Hello,

I will now hand over the intentional fraud of Lifepoints to a specialist and knowledgeable law firm and to consumer protection.

Then the Lifepoints fraud goes to court.

Since today I can't log in anymore.

My account has been deactivated for alleged inactivity.

My account was deactivated while I was active on Lifepoints and in the middle of a survey.

So I was in the middle of a survey when Lifepoints deactivated my account for alleged inactivity

This survey was therefore not remunerated.

I also have ongoing surveys that require me to enter my answers every day.

Since this is no longer possible due to the illegal deactivation of lifepoints, lawyers must now clarify this.

In addition, I have already requested two (2) withdrawals from Lifepoints.

Lifepoints refuses to credit these payouts to my account.

That is why it has to be enforced in court.

But I was active with my account every day.
That is why the claim of alleged inactivity is also false and a lie.

If I am not able to log in again immediately, I will hire a specialist and knowledgeable law firm to enforce this legally.

Lifepoints must then pay all legal fees, court costs and legal costs.

If I am not able to log into my account again today, then I will hand the whole thing over to a specialist and knowledgeable law firm and to consumer protection because of intentional fraud.

Then the Lifepoints fraud goes to court.

Finger weg ❗❗

Nach mehreren umfangreichen und zeitaufwendigen Umfragen,welche ich "immer" nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen ausgefüllt und beendet habe, werfen mir diese (...Zensur😬) jetzt vor, betrogen zu haben und haben meinen Account unfair und vor allem nicht nachvollziehbar gelöscht.
Die Beweise sollen sehr "umfangreich" gewesen sein (natürlich nicht offengelegt🤣).
Der erwirtschaftete Geldbetrag auf meinem Konto ist natürlich auch gelöscht 💸👌
Ich rate jedem davon ab, auf dieser Plattform einen Account zu eröffnen.
Ihr ärgert euch nur und die verschwendete Zeit kann man anders nutzen als sich mit solchen (...schon wieder Zensur🤭) zu streiten!

After several extensive and time-consuming surveys, which I "always" filled out and finished to the best of my knowledge and belief, these (...censorship😬) now accuse me of cheating and have deleted my account unfairly and above all incomprehensibly.
The evidence is said to have been very "extensive" (of course not disclosed🤣).
The amount of money generated in my account is of course also deleted 💸👌
I advise everyone against opening an account on this platform.
You only get angry and the wasted time can be used differently than arguing with such (...again censorship🤭)!

It was serious, but not anymore, worst service EVER!

To avoid! Haven't paid anymore since June 2022,
before, however, it was good, their back office has changed: they accuse you of not respecting the rules even though you're honest! The back office employee accuses you of serious things, he should be sued for defamation and fraud!
Worst customer service ever, real "big brother" that illegally monetize your private information!

Those who gave a good review your turn will come getting accused of violation

Pity it wont allow me to put down 0 stars.
I have been a member with lifepoints pretty much since 2009 and today i went to log in and I got a message that my membership is temporarily unavailable and to contact our help centre, which soon after I did.
I got a reply with a copy and paste saying after reviewing your account history and performing an audit, they have found evidence that have violated the Lifepoints Reward Point Rules.
Left me confused, after all these years of being a loyal member what a kick in the guts. Huge accusations for no good reason!
Throwing accusations of violating there terms when there were many times that i spent so much time completing surveys got to the end of survey and points weren't added, who violates who?
Those who have given positive reviews you will be next being kicked off for no good reason.
Lifepoints just a heads up there are plenty research companies that would love my opinion YOUR LOSS!

Great customer support

Everytime I have a problem with the Lifepoints panel, I contact support via Zendesk (lifepoints.zendesk.com) and most of the time get a satisfactory resolution to my problem.

But I'll be clear, it has to be a valid claim(you have to be 100% sure) and you're gonna need to send enough proof (screenshots) to get a satisfactory answer, otherwise you'll only receive tips and a explanation on how to correctly fill or canalize your complaint.

Also you won't get an immediate answer but it is guaranteed you'll have one.
