The staff at the Grimes, IA location is the very best. Jason & Deb are both incredible. I have been with Life Saver now going on two years. I drive from Round Rock to South Austin because of the speedy performance Mike provides. I had lifesaver installed on May 13 and within 24 hours the lights flashed that I needed serviced. The people in the durango shop helped me get back in the road. Fast forward a week later, the lights flash warning me I need service again. I have done everything it has asked of me. When I had lifesaver installed I was told there's a shop in cortez. Thats a lie.
Therefore the website is incorrect and misleading. My car is completely locked out and I now have to tow it from cortez to durango about 50 miles. I'm in jeopardy of losing my job because my car won't start because of this piece of junk. This lifesaver interlock device malfunctions at every turn and then there is no serviceto be had. I do not recommend this device at all.

I just completed my 6 month requirement. For the most part everything went very well. There was one issue, but customer service was able to assist and I was good to go. My service location was 60 minute Auto Tent. The shop was quick and always ready to receive me on time. No complaints....great company...and very cost efficient too compared to others I looked into.
