I recently on August 27,2020 visited your dealer at Hurst Firestone, 2740 E. Route 66 Flagstaff , AZ 86004.
I was required to get interlock system installed. Really so embarrassed...however, Dawn Stalker and even the gentleman Steve Falzone who installed my device ...well put this old lady at ease! I simply made a mistake & dealing with consequences,
They both very professional, polite and most important treated me with kindness &respect!!
They made the situation so much better just by being NICE !!

I wish 0 stars were an option, worst customer service ever!!!! Company advertises 24 hours a day service but hold times are over a hour even though the “estimated hold time is 10 minutes”, be prepared for your phone to be disconnected after you reach your one hour holding time!!
