I've lost count of how many spas I've ordered from Lifesmart Outlet. I work in the property management industry and have had our fair share of issues with spas. This is hands down the best low-cost hot tub available. It offers more jets than many higher-priced models and is incredibly easy to maintain. This is actually the second time we’ve purchased this same tub—the first one was sold with our previous home—and we specifically chose to buy it again because we liked it that much.
Working with Lifesmart Outlet was seamless. Shipping was free, the tub arrived within just a few days, and the freight company did a great job coordinating delivery. They were professional and easy to work with from start to finish.
Overall, an excellent experience and a fantastic product. Highly recommend!
