Initially did not receive unit when ordered but a follow up call from a customer service rep straightened it out and received within couple days. Easy to set up and activate.
LifeStation is just what we need. We especially like that the system alerts when the person wearing the badge stumbles or falls and either is unable to press the button to activate an alert or does not remember to do so. Excellent choice for someone with memory problems and/or mobility limitations. Customer service reps answer our questions and requests 24/7 and are always courteous and friendly. This is the best system and we recommend it highly.
Lifestation has always been there when we needed them. Great response and great customer service.
Was a little easier about 6 months ago and something has changed. It is ok still though.

Our 1st lifestation did not work. Took weeks to finally get it set up. The 'watch' wristband is cheap & fraying and cheesy. The alert lozenge itself is too large to fit comfortably on the wrist of many. I have noticed that other providers also offer a shower alert pad. That would be useful.

I have had LifeStation for a few months and have not needed to make any emergency calls. There are a couple of features that I'm not fond of. I found it distracting to have the battery light flashing every 30 secs. Also, I don't like the pendant hanging around my neck. I wish there was a holder that could be clipped to a belt or waistband. Having said that, I certainly feel more secure having LifeStation available should I need help..
Love the assurance that you are watching over my wife and me. Found out a few weeks after we received the system that my button was no longer working, I did receive a new one about a week later. I think it should have been sent overnight but praise God my wife has a button also. Found out testing often is necessary
Called today took a long time to connect. The person named rose answered and was out it touch with reality. Very old person that was rude. I will probably cancel the service because lifestation obviously does not do a good job if at all reviewing these people before they hire.
Unfortunately had to return because my mother could not disengage pendant to put on the charger. The release button is tiny and flush with the surface, making it difficult to push, even for myself
I am well pleased with my LifeStation. I would like to know how I can check it out to be sure it is working. I feel secure with it around my neck all the time. When you go places or stay at home you know you are protected.
The only problem is this system seemed to take a little longer for them to answer the few times that my husband hit button by accident. Thankful never needed it for real. Sad also they can send it to You free delivery for you to receive it but from my home after my husband passed I was charged 12.00 to return by post office. You would think after paying for several years as a courtesy they would have free return.
Mom (93) just renewed her subscription to Lifestation for a second year. She had a "bobble" or two (opening a new jar of pickles!) last year. The local EMS called her almost immediately to check on her. After that incident, I'm REALLY thankful to have the Lifestation system because it gives ME peace of mind. The equipment is easy to connect, the service agents are very helpful, the response time is great and you can really hear the CS rep or EMS ALL OVER mom's house! We live in PA and, prior to COVID-19, the deciding factor for us was having two service hubs in different states - with one in NJ -VERY SMART IDEA!!
I have not had to use mine as of yet. I am going to have a shoulder surgery next month. Maybe I will need it then. I had one with my late husband and we were really happy that we had it.
The best decision I ever made for my parents safety!! I would recommend this for anyone with elderly parents or family.
The two times my mother-in-law Marilyn had fallen in our home this last year, neither time did the "fall detection" send a signal that resulted in your company responding to her. Fortunately, I was there both times to lift her off the floor. In that same time frame, there has been about three "false" responses to her from your company where she did not have a fall. At those times, she believes she had not accidently hit or knocked against the necklace device that would "set it off". She still wears the device so that she has a button to press if she needs help when my wife and I are not present, but she has no confidence in the "fall detection" feature of the device.
