Buying was easy. Let’s see how using goes.

The person on the phone, Tom Dolan, was pleasant and helpful. I sincerely believed he tried to obtain the most needed device, for the least amount of money. I tend to distrust salespeople, but Mr Dolan at least made it a positive experience. I look forward to getting my device and testing it out.

It came at the right time.…

It was a great experience because Sherry was very well educated on the product and could answer any question I asked her. She is a Customer Service Professional. I am at a point in my life where I need this product and it came along at the right time. This is a product especially for Seniors.

When you surf the internet with a subject in mind, it doesn't take long before one gets a call inquiring about your search. This was the case with Tom. He was very pleasant, and knew his material very well. He reviewed the history of LifeStation, and the success it has had. He answered all my questions, and seemed definitly interested in me as a person. I was incouraged by my daugter to get some kind of life allert system. I think I purchased an excellent one.

I am disturbed and am not going through with this deal

Not a good start. I checked my bank account and i was billed twice for the same amount on the same day. I didn't see that coming. In this world of scamming it is hard to tell if you are working with a real company or is there or is it scam.
