Very easy to use although my usual shops ie Cotton Traders and Mountain Warehouse were not on the list. Huge choice though.

I found it really difficult to find out how to redeem the gift card and had to try 3 retailers before I found one I could use it for.
Once I found out how to redeem it, it seemed obvious, of course, and I think that it is a case of the web site has been written by people who understand the process and make too many assumptions. And I am computer literate and reasonably intelligent.

Just wanted a voucher that I could walk in and use not print out

One of the clients for vouchers is a scam and the team were unfortunately didn't reply or acknowledge issue.

I recently received a long service award from my employer and chose a Lifestyle Gift Card rather than selecting an item from the catalogue, as none of the available options were of any real use or interest to me. Unfortunately, had I known how difficult and frustrating the process would be, I would have chosen a catalogue item instead.

What should have been a straightforward and rewarding experience has instead become an unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming process. It took multiple attempts and numerous emails before the funds were finally credited to my account, largely due to a system that is far from intuitive or user-friendly.

I had reasonably expected to receive either a physical gift card or access to the funds through a simple digital solution, such as an app or barcode. Instead, I discovered that I must manually purchase individual e-gift cards for each retailer I wish to use. This defeats the purpose of receiving a flexible reward and places the burden on the recipient to estimate in advance exactly how much money to allocate to each retailer.

Rather than enjoying the recognition of 20 years of service through a seamless shopping experience, I am faced with a cumbersome and restrictive process that significantly diminishes the value of the award itself. The entire experience has been disappointing and has fallen well short of the standard I would expect from a company providing employee reward services.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review both the accessibility and usability of your system, as I cannot believe I am the only customer who has encountered these issues. Given my experience, I can fully understand why many of the reviews on this site are so negative. I will probably receive one of your standard responses telling me you appreciate the feedback however you will fail to do anything about it.

I tried to get on phone for customer service as their voucher does not accept Argos product which I want. After 30 mins then call ended and emailed the customer service but no correspondence. I would appreciate if someone can resolve my query. I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch.

Easy to order and pay for gift cards and they arrived at destination on time.
