This is just for buying the voucher. I wanted to buy vinyl record ouches and you say they can be spent on them. So I just hope this is the case I await to see if my brother has no problems.
I always feel that all companies ask for feedback far to quickly, you don’t have time to find out if the product has worked.

This is the worst gift card I ever received! I took a photo of it so I never buy it as a gift. Having to create an account and do a whole process… giving my name and contact details? For what purpose? Of course I never gave my real name. Worst card ever don’t buy it for anyone… well maybe buy it for people you didn’t like 😂

The call handler name of Dan was brilliant and helped me actually get the voucher after the app kept telling me it wasn’t available.

making you way towards the voucher isn't very intuitive

Incredibly inconvenient to use. I regret buying this as a gift and would strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake. We found the account set up time-consuming and frustrating. Having to exchange a giftcard for more giftcards turned out to be rather limiting for the recipient - especially when compared to the flexibility of other brands which work similar to a pre-paid card. Gifts are supposed to be enjoyable - this was quite the opposite. Possibly a good gift for people you dislike, want to infuriate or who's time you'd like to waste.

This card was given as a present. It is the worse gift card I have ever received and hope I never get one again. What you have to go through just to register the card is so difficult if you are not technically minded. I chose my brand and a message came up to say they could not connect at that time so changed to Boots and when I went to shop in store Boots said I could not use it in store only online which is no good for me. Your instructions were you can use online or in store. I am 74 years old and do not do online shopping unless my daughter does it for me. So I now have to wait until she can sort it for me. Complete waste of time.

I didn’t find your website the easiest to navigate I had to call customer service if only you could use the gift cards in shops and not have to register to a shop on line

Absolute joke of a company buy gift cards and can never use them 2nd time this stay away from this pathetic company

They are very convenient for a gift. The only thing is that you have to exchange it for the shop you need, but if you change your mind you can't because you have already exchanged the funds. It's a shame you can't have one voucher that does it all with a downloadable barcode. But over all great company

Received as a Birthday gift, very easy to chose from a good selection of places who except it.

Variety of places to use the voucher. Really good if not sure where they would buy,

I bought a dunelm voucher for £75 which was split into £25 and £50 only to find you can only use one gift card per transaction. Annoying

These are impossible to redeem I get them from my elderly godmother and continually am unable to redeem - do not buy these as gifts, just awful

I wasn't the easiest card to redeem and use to be honest

i found the process of trying to process the card I had rather long winded, I did recieve valuable help from you online assistants but it still seems over complicated compared to similar companies.

I never consented to be emailed for reviews. Companies need to start adequately applying GDPR.
