Utter nightmare trying to redeem it. Reset my password 3 times still not recognised. Contacted them Sent a photo of the card, still waiting .
Why have a 16 digit code if you can't access the gift by using it . Terrible will not recommend using these for gifts

Shitty website
Logging in is an absolute nightmare; you can only log in when th tick is on and then there are so many warnings - I never knew if I was logged in or not. : an awful experience. Once in selecting the place you want to spend you vouchers is a drawn out affair also.

Received a voucher for £15 wanted to redeem as Amazon vouchers first time couldn’t as £20 minimum. Added £5, still couldn’t redeem as the £5 added couldn’t be used for amazon vouchers. Ridiculous system.
