I ordered a corn hole game, it arrived in a broken down and ripped package the game was durty and the paint on the designs was running looked like it had been used before and left out in the rain! wrote CS no response for a couple weeks, after several emails the response was 20% off other products. They really only care about sales not offeringa good product or taking care for the customer.

I purchased two double composters for outdoor garden use. Spent almost a half a grand on the two. They only made it through one garden season. The hinges won’t allow the doors to open to put in or take out. So deemed useless. Customer service were not helpful. I would not recommend their products or service. I will not purchase again.

I purchased a Lifetime 8X10 outdoor storage shed. I would give less no stars if I could. A complete nightmare and waste of a lot of time and money. This thing would not fit together properly no matter my family and I, who collectively tried to assemble this twice (yes, we took it apart and tried to put it together again hoping to somehow manage to get it together), did. The walls do not fit together with the roof, leaving large gaps and rendering the shed useless, since things like precipitation, insects, rodents, etc., could easily get in. The plastic is cheap junk. Pieces broke off as we tried to screw this giant pile of garbage together. I've filed formal complaints against walmart and lifetime in the hopes to get some of my money back for this, since there is no way to return it now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's not worth a fraction of what this rip-off brand and this retailer are charging for this garbage shed.

Recently I purchased a Used Lifetime Angler Kayak. Unfortunately, I discovered that the bracket holding the backrest in place was broken and the fishing rod holder was missing. I went on line to locate the parts and was unable to locate the backrest part, but did locate a rod holder that appeared to be the same, it wasn't and did not fit.
In frustration I decided to call the Lifetime customer service and was quickly transfered to Trenton cs representative. In short order he took down the serial number and model of my kayak. I explained that I had purchased it used and told him which parts I needed. Having verified that they were in stock, he wrote an order and advised an approximate ship date. I then offered to give him a credit card number, he advised me that it wouldn't be necessary as he was shipping the items free of charge!!
It is refreshing to find that there are still companies out there that still believe in taking care of consumers!
I am sure that in the near future I will upgrade to a Kayak with a raised seat. There will be no need to review multiple makes, I will most certainly purchase a new Lifetime!!!!

I have been a user of lifetime tables for many years, and am very disappointed that they have decided to cut costs, but not price, by making their tables smaller.
They used to have a depth of 76.2cm. but are now 69cm which is too narrow for my use so I shall not use them again.

Bought a Lifetime Playset on Amazon after obtaining a quote for installation service by Lifetime. Terrific experience. Amazon delivered the playset on time, and the driver was ver courteous and placed the boxes exactly where we asked. Lifetime’s installer contacted us within a few days and came out on time with a crew of three strong men to assemble the Lifetime Playset. They leveled it perfectly and placed it exactly where we wanted. Highly recommend.

We erected our shed. And discovered the double doors were not level, which meant the doors couldn't close. As there are no adjustments, wedges and packing must be stuffed under the base. This is very much a trial and error process but the shed did level up. However, we have to live with the base no longer being level due to the wedges. We are not the only people to have this problem. Videos show other owners also with chunks of wood under their shed bases.
An email to their helpline went completely unanswered. Why offer a helpline if the intention is to ignore it.
Based on these facts we would NOT recommend shed products from Lifeline. Carol Grimes (nee Smith)

I bought a fishing kayak for my husband right bwfore the "shortage" happened. After looking many places, we found the Lifetime Daylite and I was so happy to have a kayak that little thought was fiven to how it might perform. Im sure this kayak would be great on Golden Pond where I wouldnt be dodging jet ski wakes and party barges. I have no trouble paddling-which is really great considering I have to constantly keep the paddles moving. My dog tracks way better than this kayak...and yet I still had fun. This kayak is up for sale, though.

My brother borrowed my friend's paddle board and lost the locking ring for the fin. I looked everywhere and could not find a replacement so I reached out to Customer Service. I explained what happened and asked where I could look to find the part. I received a response from Darwin asking for my address and less than 20 minutes after I sent the information I received an email with an order confirmation for the part. I cannot thank them enough and when I'm ready to buy a kayak or paddle board of my own, I will definitely be looking at Lifetime products!

Very poor customer service. I ordered a cooler that their website said was in stock. They charged my credit card right away but two weeks later the product had still not shipped. When I called customer service they told me the product was not in stock. When I asked why a product wasn’t reserved for me when I placed the order, they hung up on me!

Purchased the 77 court cooler. it advertised that the ice would last 7 days. filled cooler and put in 3 -10 lb bags of ice. 3 days later ice was completely melted. cooler was in sun roughly 7 hours per day and the temps were in the high 60's and low 70's during day. down to high 40's at night. This is the most expensive cooler I have ever purchased and I am Very, very disappointed that it does not keep the ice as advertised. I should have spent the extra to get a yeti.

I had my shed roof collapse even though it wasn't a year for heavy snow fall. I searched but could not find the receipt. I submitted photos and received a VERY courteous and prompt response!

Excellent product 6ft by 3ft shed looks fantastic when assembled. Few minor issues when assembling. You definitely need two people and an electric screwdriver in my opinion to make life much easier for yourself.

In July of 2020 I suffered an injury on a Lifetime paddle board. I suffered a severe laceration on my right hand requiring 25 stitches. I wrote a review stating what had happened and that I thought the board had a dangerous design flaw. Lifetime was quick to respond to my review and offered to reimburse me for my medical expenses. After several exchanged emails, they sent me a check covering all expenses. I was so impressed by this and just want to add my positive experience about the company. Thank you.

I've had a lifetime shed for 6 years and it looks as good as the day I purchased it. Recently I discovered a crack in the sunlight that runs along the ridge which was allowing water to leak in. I contacted customer expecting a runaround because it was 6 years old and I didn't have the receipt. I was pleasantly surprised when they immediately sent me a replacement which I was able to install in 10 minutes. It's good to know Lifetime stands behind their products.

I was missing a shelf for our 12 X 8.5 ft shed. After contacting customer service, Brenna was very accomodating and ordered/shipped a replacement the same day. Even though inventory showed it was not in stock, it arrived within a week.
Not only are their products of superior quality, so are the people that work there!
