Very reliable, fast and polite.

I was moving flat from one high-rise building to another across London. Liftio movers were very friendly and the most efficient I've ever worked with. With several large tables and chairs and dozens of boxes, everything just took 2 hours. Unboxed items were wrapped professionally. They navigated the narrow corridors and tight lift spaces with ease and nothing was damaged. They also spoke fluent Cantonese if you prefer.

We moved house today and had an excellent experience with Liftio. The team arrived right on time and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We didn’t have enough boxes, but they kindly provided us with several large bags to help out. They worked quickly and efficiently, which made the whole move go smoothly and helped relieve a lot of the stress we had from not being fully packed.

Their professionalism really stood out — every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped before being moved, and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition, clean and intact. A special mention goes to how they handled our massage chair, even though the stairway was narrow with tight corners, they managed to move it in by removing the room door and finding a solution without damaging anything.

On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the high-quality service we received.

I recently hired this company for several projects, moving house, wall painting, furniture assembly, and garden project, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

From the very first interaction, their customer service was fantastic. The initial quote was super detailed and transparent, and they stuck to everything they promised.
Every team member was polite, punctual, and worked with impressive efficiency. Whenever a question or hiccup came up, they jumped right on it, no dragging their feet or leaving things half‑done.

During furniture assembly, they took great care of my floors, laying down protective cloths everywhere, and once the job was done, they even tidied up the workspace so it was spotless.

On moving day, they wrapped and handled my belongings with the utmost respect (nothing was tossed around!), and I loved that they automatically removed their shoes before stepping into my home.

The garden landscaping was the cherry on top. They offered so many creative, practical ideas to make my garden look its absolute best, and on the hottest, sun-scorched day of the year, they kept right on working. After laying the new turf, they carefully placed boards to avoid any muddy footprints, such attention to detail!
