Aussie Men's shed Lightburn user for over 5 years. Never had need to use Support until I tried to sort out too many computers, too many Lightburn keys. emailed my problem to the Support Team expecting the usual delays experienced with other Companies.
Allowing for time delay between our two Countries, was delighted to log on the next morning and see all the information I needed. Unbelievable service, thanks Guys, keep up the great work.

Game-Changing Laser Software

Finally, a laser cutter program that just works! The layout and editing tools are intuitive and powerful, making my design workflow incredibly smooth. The level of control it gives me over my machine is night and day compared to the stock software.

Frustrated laser user. Ok Let me clarify a review I gave on…

Ok Let me clarify a review I gave on LightBurn a couple days ago I recently had my computer crash and had to put my laser on another device I had my key but could not get the page I needed to install the key. I fought with it for a day or two and sent emails to support only to receive the response I already had so so being the short fused person I am. (Sorry) lightburn I finally got a response and clearly stated that I love lightburn (but) I felt like they should make it more user friendly. For some of us not so computer smart people and also do better on customer support So with that being said. I finally figured it out on my on and was up and running again. As far as lightburn goes it is a fantastic service could be a little better on the price. (Lol). Thank you lightburn

I've used this software for about four…

I've used this software for about four years now and it's the best on the market. I had an unfortunate hard drive error and couldn't find my key to use the software. I contacted customer support and everything I needed to reinstall it was sent within the hour. Thank you Lightburn

The software is great

The software is great, never had an issue, using it over 2 years now.
The customer support is amazing, contacted them for second PC serial on a Sunday and they replied within a minutes.
Keep up the great work Lightburn 🙏

Cannot move laser correctlu

Trying to get v2.02 to work without success. When moving the laser, it won't go in a straight line, but goes diagonal.
Customer service says they are working on a few "bugs". This is several weeks since the release.
Maybe they should have better testing before releasing.
I have a Fox Alien Masuter Pro, which is a pretty common laser.
Not happy at all with their lame response.

No proper support for paid customers.

The software at its core is pretty good. The support is absolutely TRASH.. they will not respond on average for 3 days.. there is no live chat or phone support even for paid customers. Every issues ive had just cost me expensive materials and time as a result and every solution thus far has has only caused a new issue! There is no accountability for this, they will straight up ignore any questions about their lack of support or canceling order. I will be filing a complaint with MasterCard monday morning.
UPDATE: After writing this review they Did respond in less then 24hrs (unlike almost every other time). They did issue a refund, i assume so that they dont deal with chargebacks. There is literally No Response to how the issues They Created in the software has COST ME Expensive Materials! I understand the need to prevent piracy l, but something is wrong when your software INTENTIONALLY DESTROYS PROPERTY, ESPECIALLY THAT OF A PAID CUSTOMER!! I do not recommend this software and if you have an offline cnc style machine Do Not Even Test it!!

I'm requesting support from Lightbur. Because the dollar exchange rate in my country has doubled to 42% and bank fees are high, I requested a discount and assistance, but they said they couldn't help. This product is extremely expensive and overpriced for my country. I'm requesting support and a discount.

Had a problem with the latest issue I…

Had a problem with the latest issue I emailed lightburn and got a detailed description of how to put it right ,but not being in to computer's , except for using it to work my laser I managed to get it going ,but when I switched it on later it had the same problem,I informed lightburn and they emailed me an idiot proof way which I could understand, just like to thank them for there help and patience Ray Smith.

Laser Problems/LightBurn Save!

I was having problems setting up my new laser engraver. I sent an email to LightBurn and within minutes they responded with a detailed step by step solution! The software is excellent and the customer service is even better!! I am really looking forward to creating with my new laser and learning my LightBurn software. I now know I can count on LightBurn as I continue my new journey!!

This company is fantastic, couldn't fault them, if any problems contact these guys as they are very patience and very quick to your response. This is the easiest software I've ever worked on. So I highly recommend this to anyone.

Lightburn support is always the best

Lightburn support is always the best, fastest, and most fair I have experienced!
I have software from almost all of the big guys,from OS to speciality software for music and craft creation, to Office. Fortunately Lightburn stands at the top, for what ever reason, I love the other software companies, but as far aas overall support, they can not hold a candle to, "Lightburn Software Company"
