Alas sadly I had to return the phones, my error I hadn't appreciated the size of the keypad, with no gaps between the keys I found it too easy to select the wrong key. A return label was supplied and a small charge was made for the return. Again excellent service.

But if they are anything like my 2 last sets by Gigaset Home Phones, they will be more than perfect, can i just say my last 2 sets of Gigaset from LIGO lasted me many years, but Customer Service at LIGO are brilliant, wouldn't look elsewhere for my home phone

Unfortunately a fault developed with product. I contacted customer services who were exceptional and expressly replaced the item. I was informed at every stage of the process. Highly recommend.

Very efficient service, delivery within a couple of days including a Sunday. Sleeping bag is a great replacement for my aging 3-seasons. The benefit being able to open fully to form a throw over on the warmer days. Great value for money.

I inadvertently ordered the incorrect triple telephone set.
I looked on their website for instructions on returns etc. The instructions were very clear. Downloaded the returns slip and returned the package to their address.
