My son lost his phone on 5/9/24. Filed a claim that day. Website says 48-72 hrs to process claims. Confirmed on 5/9/24 they have all they need from me. Here we are 5/21/24 (almost two weeks later ) and ZERO communication. I have called 2X. 1st time was told I got a ticket number to escalate this up and will receive communication within 48hrs...never happened. Sent multiple emails to them via website which says they will get back to you within 48 or so hrs...still nothing. Called this morning and was told my only option is to wait for my email. I said you've had 2 weeks, what are you still "reviewing" in regards to a lost phone. Said nothing he can do for me. I will be cancelling my insurance as soon as this claim is completed as I have paid for the insurance and currently still are. WORST company ever.

Shame on Barclays for using this company most time claims get denied when they do accept them, they take your phone, it gets repaired within 5 working days of them receiving the phone. If your screen is broken they put screens that you can see through the glass you can literally see what’s inside your phone. I reported to Barclays they said there was nothing they can do about it. Shame on both companies people are spending a lot of money on their phones. If Barclays doesn’t stop using likewise I will be posting it all over social media.

Shame on Barclays Bank for using this company for Tech pack insurance . I have been paying every month since 2016 and never claimed. My screen broke and a repair was scheduled 4 days later. Only to be emailed a day before that they had a delay in parts and they will repair the phone a week later. Likewize had 4 days to source what was needed. They offered me £25 compensation which is a kick in the teeth for the amount of years I have been robbed by them. They are a scam and do not use them! Spend your money somewhere else or open a savings which will be available for you when your phone breaks. I have to be out of pocket to buy a new phone. If I could give zero stars I would. I have cancelled them.

I have paid for insurance on my device through this company with boost infinite. My iphone 15 max was stolen. I contacted the phone company waited for 24 hours as I attempted to get the phone returned from police or restaurant it was stolen from. Submitted a claim the following day. They returned claim stating denied due to no service on phone. I called and told them I in fact had service. They requested proof. I called boost infinite, they could not provide documents or contact insurance although confirmed verbally that account showed active. It was suggested I print statement from app. I did and submitted to likewise, they sent back claim denied and requested usage summary. Sent usage statement, denied claim again. Called again, no one had any reason for claim denial. Called with boost infinite representative who confirmed service and usage and inability to access any further documentation on 3 way call with likewise, rep said they didn't have a supervisor, however at the end of the call stated he would escalate the ticket and have a "supervisor" contact me. Received another call from the "supervisor" who also claimed to have no power over the claim or any supervisor to speak with and stated the claim denial was final with No reason for denial provided except they just wont cover the claim. They had no intention on ever paying the claim. This is a fraudulent denial and I will escalate to the STATE OF CALIFORNIA Ricardo Lara, Insurance Commissioner

I have made 13 phone calls to replace my daughter's phone. I was told I needed to upload documents to verify address, they keep denying my documents. I'm so frustrated, I've asked to speak to someone in charge and can't get ahold of anyone. This company is a complete scam. I am so done with them. Save your money! I would give them no stars!

If negative stars were an option, i’d choose that. Worst experience ever. First of all, i fill my info into the computer system 3 times for it to understand. Its been 40-45 days since I filed my claim and I still have not received my phone. The device has been on back order from the past 2 weeks and I have no phone as for now. Whenever you call these guys they just tell you to wait. I wish Rogers had better insurance.

Horrific, I am a platinum customer and have still not received my replacement device. Was told there was an issue with the carrier, dpd - an attempted robbery on the van and therefore they cannot send me a replacement until an investigation has been carried out by dpd. What this has to do with me is beyond me and as to why Likewize cannot send me another phone is even more frustrating. What is the point of having the insurance? I will be cancelling and going with another provider as frankly this is ridiculous. So, I strongly advise if NatWest are advocating such a company, stay well away and go with another provider that can actually do the job. Shame on NatWest for using such a rubbish provider.

My Samsung Flip phone is malfunctioning. And they said i have to pay for the repairs. So whats the premium device protection for and they responded with look at terms 🤔

Imagine I broke my fone in November, I claimed in January, the sent me a email proving usage and an invoice for the fone.
The sed fone was a replacement months before by like wise themselves. What a cheek, no they won’t process my claim until I prove it.
Then I have some Rude Karen call Jenny who is top of customer relations and thinks a measly little apology is going to be acceptable, no sorry I’ll take you to the financial ombudsman for all this crap, I’m also going to call Barclays to complain.
Crap company that sends out replacement fones that don’t even work. It’s a poor company.

The company claimed that they performed a repair while my phone is complaining in no uncertain terms that the parts are not genuine.
After I complained right after the "repair", the stalled telling me that the message will go away after 28 days – it didn't. Then they told me to reset the phone – didn't work. Now, 40 days into the issue they are suddenly pointing to a vague language in terms and conditions saying that they can use "readily available parts" making the repair valid.

Absolute scammers. Through Amazon I used them to send my iPad to them. My iPad was in pristine condition and I was told I would get £100 for my old iPad! I returned the iPad in the packaging they supplied. I was absolutely amazed and disgusted that on receiving my iPad they offered me £20 as the screen was faulty. I asked for the iPad to be retuned to me ad I knew something was not right. It arrived backed today with the screen totally smashed up! No way would I have sent it to them in that condition. My pristine iPad is now only fit for the bin.

My phone was replaced with parts which appeared to be non-manufacture approved causing my phone to display warning messages all the time. The original battery was replaced (without being part of the claim) with unknown brand, doubtfully to be a genuine causing the phone to overheating while charging. The customer service does exist but is shockingly unhelpful. I will never ever recommend this service. Stay away

Came to repair new screen which then didn’t work had to go through whole process again and get rebooked in this time it did work however they charged me for a full repair so now owe me £20.00 and I logged a complaint they offered a payment of £35.00
On 13 September and I still haven’t received any payments each time I call they say it’s being processed i have

The worst company ! Paid for a iPhone 14 screen replacement, got appointment rescheduled with 2 hours delayed . Took my phone in his van for 1 hour , came back to me without being fixed , in contrary told me he can’t fixed as I need to contact my insurance.. bunch of unprofessional , why planning an appointment and taking my money if something was missing??
