Luke was very professional when coming to update the Lila Connect equipment. He was really patient and explained what everything did, what we can recycle etc. and was just lovely. Thank you so much!

Internet issue.

I contacted Lila regarding an issue with the internet, the response was quick and supportive. Lenny supported me through the set up and ensured everything was operating how it should, he was very patient and supportive throughout the call and even stayed on after his finish time. He was very clear in his instructions and kept them really simple to understand. Internet working correctly now and I will recommend Lila to everyone from now on.

Best ISP in my 31 years

Having issues with no Public IP address recently (Pokemon Center Queues), informed Anthony of the problem, he understood and offered us the promotional package upgrade at a small extra monthly cost including the price lock which will help us a lot, we have no intentions of leaving this company with the support and care they put into their customers. Thank you Anthony for going above and beyond. Thank you Lila for providing excellent internet and excellent services all round.
