Good product but nowhere did it mention the Tax of £80 to get the garment to the UK. So actual price was +£80 tax

I purchased Crab Legs through this site - $199.00. I was then charged for the purchase through an ETSY site and this site's explanation for the charge was a purchase of Furniture. I called the ETSY phone number and got a gent in Philadelphia who had no idea why I was calling him. Scam, Scam, Scam. Warning: Do not Buy anything from LillithHumeHome.com

I got a tshirt. Got large so it could shrink. Glad that I did. After a couple washes, fit great. The long sleeve tee finally came. Not silk screened, just iron on . Suggests dry cleaning. Who da f## wants to dry clean a tshirt. First shirt was great, second not so. If something is dry clean, put it across the picture. I would avoid.

I bought several clothes online. All of them arrived timely and in good shape. With the exception of one short jacket whose fabric looked different from the images on the website (but still beautiful), I was very pleased with my purchase. I love Lilith's designs, colors, and fabrics, especially the wide pants, coats, short jackets, and knitted shirts. I am very sad the store in NY has closed.

my order was not complete but within a week the amount of the missing article was refund on my account so good service after all!

Everything I have ordered online has been top quality fabrics - well cut and unusual. On the few occasions I have had to return an article, the service was excellent. Really sorry you have closed down the boutique online.

The clothes are amazing, I am absolutely in love with them. The service of the shop is less desirable ... on returning items, you get a mail that clothes are not changed (into a smaller sizes for example) but only refunded. And then suddenly you do get them changed, after you already ordered new ones ... Then you get a mail that you are partially refunded, but nowhere an amount ... it is all very unprofessionable ...

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!!

I sent several communications about why i could not track the package and who the vendor was (USPS or other). No one returned any of my inquiries. The package finally arrived 2 days ago - the box was open and damaged.

I have not yet received the item ordered, although you had stated 2/3 days delivery - and even allowing for christmas I should have received it. Also your confirmation confirmed a different colour than the one I ordered - I did email this matter to you but received no response. All very disappointing.
