I ordered from the outlet.

I ordered from the outlet.
I got a beautiful skirt in two-tone pink and white,also a jacket in the same material.
Lovely quality the material.
I also got a trouser suit in rust , fantastically designed jacket and lovely viscose/linen material.
I am very pleased with everything I bought.

One ordered and paid for item never arrived and customer service did not help.

After I had ordered and paid for 3 Items from Lilith, but received only 2, I wrote to several different E-Mail addresses pertaining to the Lilith Company to ask what had happened to the 3rd item. Vanessa from (Support) replied the following: "When we shipped your order the two items were in the box and the weight was the weight of two items." and wished me a good day ("The team Lilith wishes you a good day and remains at your disposal for all the additional information."). I wrote to her again, explaining the situation once more and attached the "Facture" (bill) Lilith had sent me, which contained all the details of the order plus payment details. It clearly showed that I had ordered and paid for a third item. After that I never heard from Lilith again, although I sent the same mail once more, plus to two more E-Mail addresses belonging to the Lilith Compnay. Neither of them responded. I like the Lilith fashion very much, but I would advise everybody not to order from the company by mail. You might end up not getting everything, and the Lilith customer service wiil not help you. Lilith certainly did not fulfill its part of the contract.

I was very pleased with my purchase...

I was very pleased with my purchase.... it was very well packaged, and particularly the receipt with the attached "return" label if I needed to exchange or return it.... everything well explained. Happy to do business with Lilith as it is one of my favourite labels.
