I got an answer right away, even after hours. It was a quick fix, but it was very important to me that someone called me to follow up on my concerns. The watch is extremely helpful to check my son where is out for fieldtrips, or if he needs me to pick him up from anywhere.
I recommend this watch to any parent at my school and summer camp with young kids.

My wife has Alzheimer's and has a tendency to wander so we need to be able to track her. She removes or loses air tags so an Apple watch with a lockable strap (if we could find one) seemed like a good idea. I searched the internet for one and eventually came across this one from Lil Tracker - nothing suitable in the UK. The customer service has been spectacular. Plenty of advice at the start about what would be suitable and how to fit it to the watch (including providing a link to a company selling adapters) then very helpful support re delivery. As parcel post was expensive, Jonathan suggested using ordinary letter post, which was much cheaper, if I was prepared to take the risk. I was. The postal strike slowed things down but Jonathan kept me fully informed and once sent, the strap arrived within 2 days. Amazing. It is robust yet comfortable and does the job perfectly. It can't be removed without the key which my wife thinks is a good thing as it helps to keep her watch safe so positive all round. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Thanks again.

So we have purchased two lil trackers for our kids, the old one is too old to have some connection issue so we decided to get her a new one. The new one works so far very good, met our expectations with low price, especially with awesome experienced and knowledgeable support team. Very good substitute of A for little kids.

Postage to UK was really quick with Royal Mail tracking.
Ordered kids watch and additional locking strap, great quality and items as advertised. Couldn't figure out the locking strap, customer support were excellent - pleasant, polite, quick and detailed responses. Would recommend!

The watch itself is amazing and does everything it says it will to a high standard. It’s been very useful. However what has blown me away has been the customer service and tech support. Nothing is too much or too difficult to work through from the opposite side of the world no less (NZ). They are an amazing company!

The representative was quick to respond to my contacts, once even contacting me after your office had closed, which was much appreciated. In speaking to me the representative was patient in providing all of the information I needed to resolve my issues.

I purchased this for my husband who has dementia. It seemed to have everything I was looking for since he no longer understands how to use a phone.
The locating feature is "meh", not terrible but not super accurate. It only updated every 10 mins. That's an issue if you're using it as a tracker.

The fall detection is wonky. One night my husband stumbled while I was in the room with him & the watch made a chiming noise but it took 15 mins to send a notification to my phone. Which admittedly is better than not knowing at all... but not ideal.

The customer service is fantastic & quite helpful. He told me that it is a "communication device" & he's 100% correct. If you're wanting a phone-type device, it's great. If you're wanting a wearable GPS tracker with fall detection, I wouldn't recommend it.

I received my watch and had some issues setting it up. I spoke with Adam, and he spent over half an hour helping me set up step by step, going above and beyond to review other features of the watch. Glad to know the company stands behind its products and is willing to help its customers have a great experience.

I purchased a pendant for my 71 year old mother with Alzheimer's. We separately purchased a SIM card from a place that offered GPS tracker SIMs that are compatable. It took over 2 months to get the tracker to work but Adam & Jonathon with Lil Tracker customer service were amazing. They went above and beyond to support me in troubleshooting the issues and even sent a new tracker & SIM, at no cost, to try and solve the problem. It turned out that the original SIM provider never activated the card any of the 3 (!) times they said they did. The Lil Tracker support team were kind, helpful, communicative, and never made me feel like I was a burden or like it was my fault, even when it was hard for me to communicate during regular business hours. I recommend this company 100%. They are exceptional.

I have an adult daughter with autism that started to have seizures. I needed some way to help her should she have a seizure during the night while everyone is sleeping. I had an Apple Watch and found a seizure detection alerting app to put on the watch. Next, I needed a locking watch band to keep my daughter from removing it. After much research, I was only able to find 2 companies that sell them, Little Tracker and another company in Europe. The Little Tracker locking watch band was much more simplistic and affordable. I had questions before deciding to purchase the locking wrist band, and Little Tracker Sales reps were quick to respond and answer my questions. After receiving the locking watch band, I was a bit confused as to how to attach the bands to the Apple Watch and how to lock the band. My Little Tracker customer sevice rep did a FaceTime phone call with me to explain and walk me thru attachment and the locking mechanism procedure. It was very easy and simple to do and within just a minute or two, I had the locking watch band on my daughter’s wrist! Little Tracker has an awesome product that could very well help save my daughter’s life. I sleep peacefully knowing that the Apple Watch is unremovable by her which will allow the seizure detection app alarm to wake me should she have a seizure during the night! Thanks so much to Little Tracker for peace of mind!

The customer service is outstanding. It’s been challenging with other companies in any vertical to get this level of service but Lil Tracker has been up there with the best of any company I have dealt with. I have already referred friends to this company and will continue to do so. Our son loves his watch and we love the connectivity we have with him now that he has this great watch.

Outstanding customer service and support to help get the pendant I purchased to work. I turned out that it was the service provider issue and nothing to do with their product.

I ordered 2 watches and they were mishandled by the shipping company. Lil Tracker responded immediately and even shipped two additional watches at no cost while the original two were still lost.
