Lila and Rose replied today saying they will reach out to the warehouse to try and cancel one pair. If the process to ship has started then they will help me with the return process. They will continue to track the progress,
Buyer beware!
Placed an order for one pair of shoes. Wound up paying twice for the same pair of shoes. Quickly tried contacting the merchant and Shopify to cancel one order. Have sent 5 emails to Lily and Rose/no reply. Two emails to Shopify/ no reply.

I'm not confusing this with a clothing store. This review is strictly for the jewelry store. I have contacted the company over 4 times now asking for the status of items I ordered last year. With no response. We are now at almost 4 weeks and the item is still in label created. Company has nonexistent communication capabilities. I can only assume at the price I paid the jewelry is subpar. I can't recommend purchasing from this co.pany.

Today I bought coffee and ice cream from them (Kelvingrove Art Gallery). I was holding my six-month-old child. I paid with my contactless card. The seller turned the card away, saying she'd overcharged me. She adjusted the price and handed me the card again. The bank refused to process the transaction, so I paid with a second card.

After returning home, I checked my bank transactions and found that Lilly & Rose had debited £9.60 from one account and £6.30 from the other. They had defrauded me of £9.60.

I don't have time to go back to them now. But I warn you against using their services.

I have a Lily and Rose necklace I really love and wear daily.

It needed some repair. I reached out to them and they sent me a replacement within a week!

PLEASE stay away from this company, I would give 0 star. They said item has been delivered, I was waiting 3 months finally arrived. So poor quality, embarrassing to give it to the charity. and when I wanted return it and refund. Postage back so expensive and still didn't get refund.
Please save your money and do not buy anything here. It's a SCAM!!!!

This company are dreadful I ordered a few items 4 weeks ago and they didn't arrived email the company and keep saying royal mail delivered my parcel no they did not cut along story short I have been to my bank to try to get a full refund they also had the cheek to try and take more from me but the bank had stopped this please don't order from these awful people I spent 1 hour in my bank yesesday trying to sort this I don't want anyone to go though want I did they are a scam disgracful

SCAM stay away! The photos are not representative of what you'll receive from CHINA if you receive anything it all. No returns or refunds. Poor quality. RIP OFF! Pity I can't attach photos!!!

1 star is too good for them. They send all sorts of 'offers' but won't send your money back for the poor, shoddy clothes they advertise.
I have managed to get £11 back via PayPal. I think their treatment of customers is appalling and they are keeping peoples money.
I found them on Pintrest, and others like them.
Steals and Romanshe is another one. Please be careful. A London address is not applicable they are in China or other East European countries.

Absolute rubbish honestly.

I ordered a jacket which looked good quality on line i was shocked when it arrived to find it was nothing like the picture.It is baggy poorly made unlined abd not fit to even send to a charity shop.
I have been offered 60% discount on my next order which i accepted until i read all the awful reviews.I realise i have wasted £40 and wont be ordering anything ever again.
Please do not make the same mistake and do not order from this site.

Lily & Rose advertise on Pinterest. This is a scam company. Their product advertisement leads you to expect a good quality item, but what you get is a cheap rubbish product. It you want a refund ( as you will!) you have to send the rubbish item back to China at a cost in excess of £30. AVOID at all costs.

I have purchased from Lily and Rose before, I bought necklaces for my bridesmaids. My partner treated me to the complete set as he knew i loved them. When I opened the set the bracelet had a stone that wasn't secure, the necklace was also a slightly different colour - it appeared almost a dull bronze/rose gold colour. I reported this right away (Nov) and received a response to say the bracelet would be replaced. I just needed to confirm the postal address. I confirmed this and raised my query again about what I should do with the necklace. There is no care advice included in the packaging so I tried not to wear the necklace until I heard back.

It has now nearly the end of Jan and I haven't heard anything. They didn't replace the bracelet or advise me further on the necklace. Unfortunately, I've found that now the earrings have started to leave green marks on my ears if I wear them all day. If I'd bought this set from a high street shop I would expect this - but the set cost in excess of £80. I've left messages on Facebook photos - they don't have messenger - I've emailed and nothing. I haven't dared to ask my bridesmaid if they had the same problems with the discoloration - I'm just crossing my fingers they didn't. Avoid purchasing
