I ordered a framed pencil sketch from a photo I sent. I had them revise the sketch a couple times before I approved it. They were very kind and addressed each small thing I wanted changed. Once I approved the sketch it took only a couple days to be shipped. I love it, it's a birthday gift and I can't wait to give it. Also, I love that you have an opportunity to label the picture or add a comment.

Their timeliness on responding to questions was great! Maybe within 12 hours. And they were open to changing pictures and switching things in and out when I inquired! I recommend!!!! :)

Customer service is great. I have purchased several items and each and every one was flawless. I love the emails asking for review of order before shipping. This is the place to shop when looking for personalized, meaningful gifts.

Wow where do I start? Not only are they amazing people to deal with, they actually care as much as we do about our product!! Christmas there was a snafu and they immediately made it right and I recently ordered 3 more pictures! They’re so wonderful and worth the money to spend on lifetime memories!! The absolute high quality, speedy composition, and delivery of the product are exceptional . The uniqueness of the art you created from the pictures I sent couldn't be happier that I chose to go through Limeandlou.

I’ve used these guys several times. My issue is they’ll send you the proof and you have to agree or cancel it then which is fine if they actually send you the proof. If they don’t hear from you in like 24 hrs it’s an automatic go. In my case I’ve had two times where they say they’ve sent it and didn’t. One time I got stuck with a bad print cause I never saw it till they auto approved it and it wasn’t to my liking but I still had to pay for it. The most recent time here they did it again. I checked my email and spam daily for the proof knowing they’ve had problems. They claimed they’ve sent it. They didn’t. Fortunately the proof was good. They need to fix this process. There’s no reason I can get all their correspondence emails but not the one with the proof. I’m going to look for another provider of these services.

Very disappointing experience with Lime & Lou. I placed my order on September 6th with an expected delivery date of September 25th. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, so the delivery date was important.

I reached out on September 22nd to make sure everything was still on schedule and was told my order was on track to arrive by the 25th. When September 25th came and I reached out again, suddenly I was told the team was still working on it.

If the order wasn’t going to be ready, I would have appreciated honesty upfront instead of being assured it was on track. Now the birthday has passed, and I still don’t have the gift I ordered weeks in advance.

Save your money and order somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lime & Lou, especially if you need your order by a specific date.

I waited for my four prints to come in. They have on the corner a script Wed. They are not clear. I would never recommend this company. One of the prints has the words godparent on it. I don’t have words like that on any of my prints.

I had originally rated my experience a 1 star and I want to update my experience.
After reading my review, their customer service team did look into my original complaint and rectified my experience by offering me a 50% refund on my purchase.
I very much appreciated their further review of the delayed wedding gift, and the partial refund as I now need to mail the package to the bride and groom (versus delivering on their wedding day).
The framed record is exactly how I ordered it and I know they will love it!!
(Promised, expedited delivery date at checkout was 9/20-9/21 and product arrived 9/24, well after wedding).

I ordered the royal romance canvas for my wife and me. It's for our one year anniversary and it's a very fitting gift because we've always jokingly referred to each other as "King" and "Queen."

Quality is wonderful, and the design is amazing. The walnut frame I picked out is also stunning. It really looks like the two of us had been standing in front of an artist waiting for our portrait to be drawn in person.

The preview thing is a great feature as well. I didn't require any corrections but it made me even more happy to see the product before I got it in my hands.

I'll probably buy again from them. They did a great job. Shipping was very fast too!

Ordered on a weekend and told delivery would be around 10-15 days. Item showed up within 7 days and is exactly what I was looking for. Great experience and great product!! If you’re looking to have the special memory as a keepsake I recommend them 100 %. Thank you!

The painting I received was made beautifully and exactly as pictured. It made the perfect gift!

I ordered a custom canvas (order #350499944) on September 9 and paid extra to expedite it, specifically because the site promised delivery by Tuesday, September 15–Wednesday, September 16. It is now September 16 — the final day of that promised window — and my order is still sitting in production ("Lou's Making your order"). The tracking link I was given has not updated a single time since I received it on the 14th.

When I first asked for a status update, I received a polite reply that simply restated the same promised dates from my order confirmation — no actual answer about whether the item would ship in time. I followed up again today, explaining this is time-sensitive because it's for my anniversary, and asked for a straight answer on when it will arrive. So far, nothing.

Three things make this unacceptable: you charge a premium to expedite and then blow the delivery window you sold me on; there is no phone number and no way to reach a real person for a real-time answer when an order is clearly running late; and the "update" I did get was a copy of my confirmation, not information. For a purchase meant to arrive by a specific date, that's a failure on the part that matters most. I would not recommend Lime & Lou for anything time-sensitive.

Fast and easy - after you place the order they show you a preview and I asked for a quick change which they did in excellent fashion and was an easy exchange over email - good service

Quality product, good size options and great shipping. I was late to order and thought the item would arrive 2 days after our anniversary, but was so pleased when it arrived the night of our 20th anniversary.

Is it possible to receive an order expedited but today is the 13th I need it for the 19th????????????
