They'll send you the wrong size of the order. You initiate a return, the pickup person calls you and tells you they'll be there for a pickup at 5PM. They don't show and they no longer answer your calls.

The app still shows pickup scheduled so you decide to wait for a few days.

When they still don't appear, you call customer care and they say "Oh, the pickup was cancelled six days ago. Now the product is out of the 7-day return window and we can't help you."

These guys are nothing but scamsters. All they do is push dead stock onto the customer and scam them out of their money. Stay the f- away.

Limeroad does even deserve a star. If there was something negative, I need to give that. It’s the biggest cheat and fraud company. They sent me wrong product and when I returned it , didn’t refund my money back saying that it’s a product mismatch. Never buy anything from here. This company should be banned.

Worst experience. When you call customer care, they simply listen your issue but never resolve it.

My dad had purchased shoes from Lime Road and he got blisters after wearing it. He has got such big blisters on his foot that since 2 weeks he is bed ridden and the blisters have become really big and painful. Shameful of them to run a company that cheats and defrauds its customers and then don’t even refund the amount on complaining to them. My dad is suffering since 2 weeks now. They sell cheap quality products on their website.

Warning: Do not buy from this shop at all if you value your money at all.

They r fraud..just received 1 item in a parcel instead of 2...n now they r denying to refund saying they delivered both

Pls don't buy they will not retund ur amount after returning the dress . I lost 850 rs . I scolded them but still they have not refunded. Pls guys requesting u people it's a very bad app . Pls don't buy . They will not refund after returning.

In my prepaid order they delivered my order on COD, after giving the bank reference of my UPI payment they accept the payment has done and will refund it to me but after waiting of 15 days i didn't receive it, now they not responding regarding this, I just get to listen it that please hold the call I getting update on it.

Very poor service. Item not delivered and as well as the money is not refunded. It is a faurd app.customer care persons are also useless. Hopeless app.

Fraud App . Never shop on it .They don't refund money and put it in LR credit and deduct charges which makes you lose your money

Not Received any message regarding refund for order No 0101582436

First time was given for refund 23th April

Second time given was 1st may 24

third time was given yesterday that within 24hours your refund will get done

Till now I am waiting for a refund or message regarding the refund and nothing is there from your side. Is there any corporate ethics or not for you guys. 

First you guys have delivered wrong product and some product was dispatched . and after that retune have taken so much of time . now for one simple refund of 400 rs I am waiting from last 24 day. is you guys are only e commerce seller or in market others are also there .never face such kind of delay in payment and refund on any other platform. such a worst service provider u guys are.never recommend to anyone after such a bad experience and will give negative review every where.

I request other customers to not purchase any product from limeroad they show false photos of garments and after order take too much time for retrn and refund . amazon even flipkart is better then limeroad . there is no rule and regulation for such a ugly company

Holding to customers money is not good its almost cheating on customers.

I had ordered a high waist trousers the length was short for me,I returned it to them,there is no sign of refund in my account or LR credits I can't call them only emails,no one responds to them either.i heard good reviews from my friends hence I ordered but I was wrong.now they have the pants & my money,very poor service

I never experienced such worst service. Neither service nor product. Returns are worst. Nobody picks up the returned items. Exchanges are practically impossible. Cheating people with smile. Never ever puchase from this fellows.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue and numerous promises of a refund, they have failed miserably to fulfill their obligation. It is worst and horrible experience ever. They delivered the product with empty packet.I ordered shirt but received blank mulpltiple plastic bags. They said only one thing we delivered the product. They are not ready to refund for empty packet. They are like helpless and nothing to do in this case. I had permanent deleted limeroad app. I checked reviews one of the user also face the same..
