Inspite of the varied bad reviews and warnings about by the substandard products, I went ahead and ordered from limeroad since I have never been scamed before and was confident I would never be. I bought 6 items out of which only 4 were delivered to me all separately on separate days and with the delivery of the 4th product the app showed 3 items delivered though only 1 product was delivered, and the company claims all 6 were delivered, which is clearly false. Innumerable complaints (letters and calls )to the customer care were of no use. They keep replying that their investigations say products were delivered. So clearly limeroad is hand in hand in scamming people along with their delivery agent,, Who do not deliver the products yet click on delivered. And then company says products were delivered to ur doorstep! I have been scammed of 2 products- limeroad has to refund my 1800/- Rs.
So dont be fooled, better not to buy from limeroad as anyways their products are of cheap and of poor quality- returned back 3 of the 4 delivered. to me!
Please be warned!!!

I ordered kurtha with pant set but received only pant so returned the delivery boy wantedly mentioned pant is missing in quality check process as he was very rude and before only said Me that he will make me to loose my money while pickup
and they are not making refund and also took my top as well.i hope this mistake is done from delivery boy as I was regular customer of limeroad this never happened to me....from this type of delivery boys u will loose your company name be aware of it....

I ordered 5 shirts from them online , they delivered it every t shirt one by one , finally there was one shirt left to deliver during that time i was not there home , so he can't deliver that's fine , then I called the delivery executive said he will deliver tomorrow that was on Jan 2 , now the date is jan 9th everyday it says they will deliver order today, they simply list them as I was not available again continuously call and tell deliver today, totally frustrated very worst customer service too waste of time , worst logistics ever, by far worst ever experience buying In online , i don't recommend buying from them

Fraud company . don't buy any product from that company Items taken back and not refunded. This is a thief company.

This is a pathetic site for online shopping.
I have bought 6k items and only 4k items were delivered rest are marked as delivered without being delivered.

Beware from this fake online shopping website. They do not deserve 1 single start also, if there will be option ZERO, sure I will give them. I have ordered dress 2100, i have returned but there are not refunded my money back. I am planning to take action against them in consumer court.

Lime road is a cheater company. My husband ordered a white Kurta worth rs 650 but they send us a plastic bag. When we spoke to the customer care the didn't help us instead blamed us. The delivery boy is not ready to take the product back. Please dont install this fraud app. Worst experience ever.

I ordered at a time almost 5 dress.
I received a scrap material instead of my dress. I tried to contact customer care and also I wrote email. There is no response. I already paid 709 for the product. Return delivery boy also not picked the scrap material what I received from them.. Don't know how I got the refund.

My order no. 0092084772 is already pickup 2 month ago and I have received msg also that pick up has been done, but till now I did not receive refund..
Amount and product both are with limeroad. It’s a SCAM .I got still no response plss do not order anything from this..

Limeroad's order number is 0092984897, solid kurta delivered on 17/06/23 but due to tight kurta, I made return of kurta only on 17/06/23 and return through delivery courier till 20/06/23 Had to happen but by tracking the delivery carrier and talking to the customer care of the delivery carrierI came to know that my return is canceled, I messaged Limeroad many times in gmail to help me pick up the products, but Limeroad neither called once nor updated anything, Limeroad did a big fraud, I complained to the National I am doing it in consumer grievances.limeroad is froud online shopping.

Limeroad is a complete cheat company. They deliver incomplete products and the customer service number is not available to complain.
I ordered 2 sets of kurtas. They delivered without dupatta whereas dupatta was there in description. When I returned they didn't refund me saying the products fail quality check.
It's so ridiculous that for incomplete products that they sent how could I ensure completeness. I felt cheated. I request everyone not to buy anything from Lineroad.
