Feel I should re-iterate our disappointment in this restaurant. I complained a good while ago now, but never had a response. I would just like to add to our original complaint that the 2 people we went with purchased us this meal as a Xmas gift. Looking back we didn’t complain too much at the time as that would probably have upset our gifters. I would like to say now that we were served by very young inexperienced staff and the steak was inedible. Would rather pub grub.

Booked afternoon tea at HH & Co restaurant at the Lime Wood Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and then taken to the tea room. Our waitress was extremely professional and so polite. Makes such a world of difference when excellent customer service is experienced.
We cannot fault the afternoon tea either! Delicious sandwiches, exquisite homemade scones with clotted cream and homemade jam, the pastries and cakes were equally as delicious along with plenty of freshly brewed tea.
After the tea and chatting to our waitress we wandered the extensive grounds of the hotel and taking in the sights and sounds of the New Forest. A wonderful day and would highly recommend.

The best Hotel in the world!!! This 5 star magical hotel is situated in the heart of the New Forest and we go there every time we have a special occasion and it never fails to exceed our hopes and expectations. The Spa is luxurious, the Hotel is beyond 5 star both in customer service, incredibly beautiful rooms and exceptional food. We have both travelled the world and no where is quite as stunning and wonderful as Limewood. A HUGE thank you to all the Team at Limewood, you excel at the exceptionally high standards you set yourselves to make your customers stays truly magical.
