Bought a product from this store via CDON. Bad quality, it got damaged under normal use. I contacted CDON with complain and they forarded it several time to this store, with no response so far. Stay away.

Bought a wireless headphones Air2 that was advertised like a cheaper version of AirPods but the quality is bad. After charging them and not using there is not battery life left after 2 days. Sound quality is poor too. Paid 600kr. for an item that is cheap Chinese product! Wrote to customer service about the return and got a replay in one week telling me to read the homepage. After writing back about 14 day withdrawal right and haven’t heard from them again and it’s have been 2 weeks now. I wanted to send them back, but because they want it send in specific way that would cost me 300kr. I don’t think it’s worth it. Because of the bad quality comparing on what they advertised I believe that the company needs to play for the return and not me. I feel cheated and they don’t even care to respond to emails - they don’t even have a phone number to call - that’s a red flag 🚩

Förstår inte varför det skulle kosta 300 kr för att skicka in varan, det har vi inte varit med om tidigare. Om det är så att vi har missat ett mail så är du varmt välkommen att maila til oss så ska vi svara så fort vi kan.
