About Lin Health
Written by the company
Lin Health Medical Group empowers providers to offer patients the gold standard in innovative, longitudinal chronic pain care.
For decades, pain care has relied heavily on medications and invasive procedures, often addressing symptoms rather than root causes. Lin Health harnesses breakthroughs in neuroscience that focus on retraining the nervous system and delivers these evidence-based clinical methods through an award-winning, physician-led, coach supported digital application. No side effects, with non-pharmacological care accessible within days, anytime, anywhere, all in collaboration with the referring provider's care team.
Lin's multidisciplinary approach includes integrating Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) and proven neuroplastic therapies (Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to offer lasting relief for back and joint pain, IBS, headaches, long COVID, fibromyalgia, and many other conditions and symptoms.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, we deliver proven clinical results with 75% of Lin patients seeing significant improvement. Our virtual care is covered by insurance, fostering adherence (15 visits per patient, on average) and patient satisfaction (70 NPS) built on a therapeutic alliance with each patient.
High-touch, longitudinal pain care remains out of reach for many due to systemic limitations and high costs. Lin Health is bridging this gap by delivering scalable, affordable, and personalized pain care that empowers individuals to reclaim the quality of their life.

I absolutely love my therapist
I absolutely love my therapist. Aaron somehow makes my pain go away. I am trying to learn what he is teaching me. It isn't always easy. I have a few sticky notes at my home and at work. I am grateful that my Pain Clinic and DR Adler suggested I try Lin Health and that they help pay for my sessions. I lost my son last August and my mom last February. My neuropathy was feeling alittle better with medication but with Aarons' help, it has decreased and I am taking a smaller dose.

To feel heard, it's not all in my head.
Understanding the link between the mind and the physical pain has been a game changer. I find myself thinking more logically about how to become more comfortable as well as allowing my mind to not increase the pain due to the anxiety and or stress over having the pain.
My coach is very patient

Thank you, Colleen!
I very much like my coach
I very much like my coach. She is direct, kind and understanding. I have been introduced to some new techniques. I can’t say that my pain has gotten better but the mental aspects have helped some. We have been trying different techniques to see what resonates with me. I will stick with it for a while and hope at some point to lessen my discomfort.
Excellent coaching and results
I cherish the relationship developed with coach Gloria over the weeks of this program. She skillfully and kindly guided me through the many sessions and phases of the program. Yes, there is LOTS to learn! I appreciated the holistic approach that the modules revealed. Some of it is a bit repetitive (and simplistic) if you have been working on chronic pain for a while but well worth hanging in for the healthy tips and processes that help in day to day living with pain. I am much improved overall and very grateful for the easy format of the personal zoom sessions and the end result of a lighter heart, body and mind around chronic pain. A VERY open mind will help speed up the results as well as self- compassion if and when you slip into old ways.
Not Mayo, but along the same ideas
The program effectively anticipates and answers my concerns. The photos used in the instruction slides are unusually effective (both 'to the point' and visually stimulating

What has helped make my experience having a caring supportive coach is amazing!…
What has helped make my experience great is having someone in your corner! And that isn’t going to put you down but boost you up! This is a long process that many people’s friends and family’s don’t understand.
I have been struggling with vestibular…
I have been struggling with vestibular migraine (dizziness) for 6 years and accompanying depression with no hope.
The Lin program has provided excellent educational materials on brain science and tools to address my chronic symptoms. The initial appointment with the Lin physician renewed my hope and my coach has been fantastic and so helpful. The program is very well designed and I have actually enjoyed every step of my journey of healing.
How are you feeling
It is important for people to let them know how you are feeling . What symptoms do you have so you can share with them . How did you over come or handle what you went through. Then they can understand more. I love to reach out and help people because I was helped.
My coach has been wonderful
My coach has been wonderful. She's very caring and helpful , she's always concerned and thoughtful. The help has been amazing
Pain
I have had chronic back and leg pain for 3 years. Had all the usual stuff done with a pain management doctor—ablation, steroid injections and eventually had back surgery. Numerous episode of PT. Acupuncture. Went to chiropractor who did laser, riding a bike with Oxygen, etc. Can’t take any NSAID due to moderate kidney disease. Joined a Curable group and begin to see some light at the end of the tunnel. Then last April I found Lin Health, which has a whole program with videos and a meeting with a counselor online weekly. And the best part is that Medicare and my AARP supplemental insurance pays for it. It is based on the latest research for helping and even curing all types of Chronic pain with Pain Reprocessing Therapies.
My coach is very supportive and knowledgeable
My coach is very supportive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the short but informative appointments. I also appreciate being able to go through videos that were specifically chosen for me and I can watch them at my pace and not at a groups pace.
Wonderful Help and Support
I am learning so much about how my brain affects my pain levels and more importantly, strategies I can use every day to decrease my pain and increase my life all around. My coach is so good at individualizing the information presented in the curriculum for my specific situations. I couldn’t be happier with my progress!
Setting A New Path
When I began the program, my thoughts and reactions to pain were all over the place. I think desperate and frantic would be good describers. From the very first Linn directed by thinking and feelings in relationship to my payment discomfort with every session my focus shifted and began to help me develop a relationship with my pain and discomfort. With every session that followed, I became more directed and began controlling my thoughts, attitude and responses to pain. It became easier and easier to redirect the chaos into organized methods that really succeeded in managing my life instead of the pain managing everything.
