Very responsive customer service answering inquiries. The website is o.k. when searching for fiber content and gauge, let’s say it’s also a learning curve. Shipping is fast and reasonable (USA). When shopping from overseas for a large project like a blanket, it’s worth spending the money for a sample shipment.

It was the first time I ordered and they didn't disappoint. They had the yarn in the colors I was looking for. Buying from a foreign store was a new experience, but delivery was great. I would highly recommend Linde Hobby!

One month haven’t received order
First, my order on 5/21 never appeared on your website on my account. Several emails later I got my confirmation. Then it didn’t ship b/c you were trying to contact me. You had my email. It finally shipped and since 6/4, it is stuck in Indianapolis for a clearance delay. I’ve been told by your customer service it can take 30 days to get from there. It’s been a month since I ordered. I’m not satisfied at all.

The selection of yarn was great, price also good. Delivery was fast. I’m from the USA and the duties at the end were a surprise, other companies have rolled the duties into the price for US customers. You may want to remind us that duties will be on top or think about rolling them into the US price.
