Great experience!
This was my first time ordering from Lindehobby, and I was a little skeptical, but when my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised! It shipped quicker than I was expecting, and the items arrived exactly as described. The mohair I ordered was also not squished during travel. And I'm so happy with the blocking mat kit!

Order never received despite being charged
I hadn’t received my package for ten days after paying for expedited shipping. I called FedEx and was informed that US customs had held up the package because it was empty. My order was not inside the package. I emailed your team AND contacted them on instagram and have heard nothing — but you’ve still taken my money despite never giving me a product. This makes me extremely concerned to order from you again as I cannot get anyone to contact me back about this mistake.

I love the 100% alpaca sport weight…
I love the 100% alpaca sport weight yarn. It’s so soft. I need to use 2 strands to make my gauge. I get 2 colors and blend it. My package got “lost in system” for 6 days then it reappeared. it took a total of 13 days for expedited 4-7 day package. Lindehobby reimbursed my shipping fee for the inconvenience.

The yarn was all thrown in a cardboard box, no wrapping of the product for protection.the box arrived with a hole in it, the tape used to hold the box together was stick on one of the skeins of yarn. Other than that everything was ok
