As first time customer I was so impressed with my experience of ordering online.
Competitive pricing for my favourite 90% dark chocolate. No more expensive than supermarkets.
Also good range of sale items so ended up buying an additional product as a gift.
Free delivery for orders over £50 so made sense to stock up.
Items were so carefully packaged and protected. Really exceptional.
And quick tracked delivery.
Full marks to the Lindt team.
I will definitely be visiting your site again.
The only constructive feedback I have is that I got bombarded with marketing emails after I signed up to the newsletter.
I was obviously able to unsubscribe, but if you had just sent a monthly email for example, I would have stayed subscribed.

Went into the Bicester outlet store where i discovered the sale and offer but i didn't like the selection of chocolates they had chosen so i went home and ordered what i do like online. A little slow to be delivered but the packaging was good and the chocolates (only eaten a couple) were great. I love Lindt chocolate so it was a winner for me!

Was not informed on delivery times, split deliveries on order.

Wonderful chocolates as usual and fast delivery.

Was a gift for an elderly relative. I was very pleased with the selection I had picked for her. She did not know she was getting the parcel and when it was delivered, she was over the moon. All her favourite chocs were there and she ate one smallish bar there and then. Keep up the good work Lindt, you are doing a great job. By the way the delivery was great.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Lindt Chocolate UK.

I placed an order worth £400, but I was never provided with any tracking information. I have had to chase my order myself, and it is still pending.

Given the high temperatures and the fact that the order contains chocolate, I expected a smooth and efficient delivery process. Instead, I have been emailing back and forth with customer service, and I am still no clearer on the status of my delivery.

I chose Lindt because of its reputation for high-quality products, but unfortunately the customer service has been very disappointing. I currently have a pending complaint and hope this matter is resolved as soon as possible.

The chocolates arrived safely and promptly. They were very well packed and in good condition despite the very hot weather.

Not happy with delivery company as there was no tracking or notification of delivery. Found our box under our car , don’t know when they delivered it . The chocolates had melted in this heatwave. Who do I complain to . Delivering company who didn’t leave any details that they left the box under my or Lindt who didn’t provide tracking details.
