Ordering is easy, delivery is great, well packaged and protected with a good quality cardboard.

Box of truffles melted inside box
Received order. When opened the box of truffles some had melted and flatened due to the heat. Sent pics to customer services but its a nightmare getting any response. Don't buy in this heat or you'll get squashed chocolates

A summer treat
The items were despatched quickly and well packaged. It was great to be able to purchase the champagne chocolates this late in the year as these are normally a Christmas treat and not always available.

Lindt Chocolate Shopping Experience
As usual, the online shop and website works very well. They have good stocks of my usual purchases, I quite like the dark and flavoured bars. Finding the items is very easy, the checkout if fast and secure. The delivery is usually very quick, but more info and tracking would be useful. The quality of the products are really good, hence why I keep returning and buying.

I enjoy ordering from Lindt as it’s one of my favourite chocolate brands. I order regularly and sometimes spend more than I should! However it’s the only place that I can find Lindt chocolate orange bars now! My only issue is that I ordered 50+ bars in the middle of a heatwave and completely forgot to put them in the fridge, but it’s no fault of Lindt themselves as they arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering more once the heatwave is over!
