Had a mortgage and 3 different insurance packages with them in 2015. Paid the premium service which covered us for having any future financial service with them covered in the premium. Didn't need to contact them for a few years and then 2018 I was interested to relook at the insurances to see if there were better deals out there. Spent months trying to get in touch with the consultant then emailed head office who said they would assist or put me in touch with the consultant and then nothing back. Gave up in the end. Then 2019 came round and I was looking at a remortgage and contact consultant direct, got one response back via email (voicemail calls were not returned) and I emailed back with details and heard nothing since. I've since changed insurances and got a remortgage deal through another broker at a much better rate. Very disappointed but can't score poor as the initial service we had, in 2015, was very good. Just completely dried up after that and wished I didn't pay for the premium service offered back then. Look at other companies to manage your mortgage and insurances if you want a decent service. FYI I have copies of all the email correspondence I sent out and only a couple I received back from them throughout the time.
