Easy to use_ beautiful goid quality products

They send out cheap, nasty printed polyester T shirts instead of the pretty embroidered linen tops that they advertise. Please do not buy from this fraudulent company

Merchandise nothing like presented. Cheap fabric, received incorrect item. No response when contacted. Won’t shop her again!

I just placed my first order, which was very easy to do. I hope the products are as nice as the pictures.

I have just received the items i ordered on the 21st january biggest load of rubbish i have ever seen. They don’t come close, by a long shot to the beautiful items i ordered 🤬. Totally ripped off, by these fraudulent thieves. I had to give one star to write review, they definitely do not deserve it ! I will be contacting my bank for help

Ordered a dress, bracelet, jacket. Added special delivery instructions to please put package in a locker box or delivery to my apartment. I did not receive items linensloom stated the package was delivered after researching this it shows package was left on the floor at my big apartment complex and they would not refund or replace. I asked them if you have an area on your website for special delivery instructions and that was not followed so they should refund or replace. The carrier was 4PX. linensloom sent me to 4PX and 4PX sent me back to linensloom what a nightmare. I would NEVER order anything from them again to this day I have never received an apology or anything. I took this up with Paypal and they were no help at all they stated this had to be taken care by the carrier and company.

So far so good, the online experience was good but always feel nervous parting with my money before recieving any goods, i will give a fuller review when items arrive

SCAM - absolute rubbish product that is nothing like what you see online. All the Embroidery is not real, just really bad printed only really bad fabrice. Disgusting

Item recieved was screen printed on low quality material and not knitted as described on their website!
When I complained they offered me a fraction of the cost as a discount!
Very poor experience!
Avoid at all costs!

Cheap material and poor quality. Deceptive advertising.

My experience with Linens Loom was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The product I received was so far from the pictures and description that I honestly thought I’d been sent the wrong order. In my opinion, it looked like cheap, thrown-together junk — the kind of thing you’d expect to find in a bargain bin, not something advertised as a quality item. The design looked so sloppy it might as well have been drawn on literal garbage.
The customer service somehow made the situation even worse. When I reached out, I was met with unhelpful responses and zero accountability. I was flat-out refused a refund or even the option to return the unusable products. It felt like they just didn’t care at all that I had been sent something completely different from what they advertised.
I’m out $78 for something that went straight into the trash. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn anyone: do not order from this company unless you’re prepared to be disappointed and ignored.

SCAM. Do not purchase. It took a very long time to get what I had ordered, and the items were nothing at all like they advertized.
I have contacted them and did hear back. Now I get nothing. I no longer see the advertizements on facebook which is good. But I dont want to keep these crap items. This company should be sued.

They sent disgusting track suit supposedly embroidered in truth just printed on crap material. Be warned don't be scammed like me.

Total rip off. I ordered 3 tops, they came all blurry and unwearable. They offered me a credit on another order, right!! Don't ever order from them or any site like them. I learned my lesson!!

Shirt arrived and doesn't even come close to looking like the picture. This site is not accurate in their depiction of these items. Stay away from ordering from them. Very disappointed.
