If I could I would it rate CERO.
I purchased in July, the status of the package said that it arrived on august 30th. I contact them by IG and kept asking for the status and they keep telling me is on its way.
Today I asked again and they blocked me in IG. I still have no package.
Terrible service.

The product never came and they don't response anymore ! Stay away!

BIG SCAM!

Shouldn't even get 1 star. I've been waiting for a refund of two items I purchased in summer, I've sent both back, paid duties and taxes and a big shipping fee, they do not tell you they're in China! And they do not refund you. I've got no clothes, and I'm £100 down!

Its too much to give to the company 1 star ,but no other way.Shame.I received my items,but the size was too small.After 10 or more email ,the keep offering me to refund $6 or $11 .Evyryone was laughing from the quality of the products.So still not solution.Never again will do the mistace to order from this site.Very bad

Shameful company! The worst customer service ever!
I ordered two sets and the number was too small. They didn't reply to their emails nor IG messages for a while and then they offered compensation of 9$ or to pay for the return and customs???

This is yet another scam clothes site. The quality is absolutely terrible. The patterns are BLURRY!!! And they barely respond to emails and refuse to refund.

I wish I read trustpilot before placing my order! $224 just gone like that! Don’t know what to expect haha let me laugh at myself and take my L home! I got scammed!!!

WORSE COMPANY EVER! SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME & MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, total scam!!!!!!! You will receive your item in cheap quality, no where near what was advertised and when you want to return the crap that they send you, they will offer you $7 credit. ONE STAR IS DEFINITELY ALOT FOR THEM!

The clothes I ordered looked good, but some just didn't fit my body type and I've been trying to send them back. Well... the customer service is barely answering me, me having to write 2-3 emails to get one response. And I've asked several times for them to tell me how to return the items, but they just won't tell me. They asked me to consider keeping all the clothes (that don't fit me), because the costs would be big and they will compensate me with 6$ for clothes I paid over 130€ for. I find it just rude and unprofessional. Nowhere on the page it says one cannot return items. I was aware of the costs of returning the items would be on me, so this is none of their business. Anyone that is not standard size and would potentially need to return the items, don't risk it. The customer service is a disaster.

is there a way I can give no star!!?? What a scam. After I send them a message I wanted to return my order of two dresses that are so cheap in fabric. They offered me $10; as a compensation 😮😆Ridiculous!!!

And then I couldn’t even get back onto their website to schedule my order. Your order confirmation comes through PayPal not even a receipt from their site or a logo or anything.

Total waste of money. Thr fabric is trash and the way its made.. U will find the same item way cheaper on shein.

If I could give negative stars I would. I received 3 item and two of which were no where near what was advertised to me. I immediately told them asking to return them and get a refund. Site stated 60day worry free exchange or refund. It has been nothing but. My order was in July and it has no been 60days. They have been going around and around dragging out time. They offered me $9 to compensate me on items over $100 then came back and offered $15! Just now they finally send me an email saying I have to pay to return and item may get lost in return then they aren’t responsible. Pretty much making sure I cannot receive a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE.they false advertise the online product then take your money.

DO NOT ORDER from this store. The pictures are 180 degrees different than what you will receive. The quality is so bad that anything beige or white is so see through that your skin will be showing. The customer service will try to scam you to pay extra money for shipping new items and they would tell you to keep the old items that are unwearable. It is a FRAUD do not fall for this.

The items don't look anything like on website. Terrible colors. Terrible colors and it is NOT linen!!! Please dont waste your money. They have no return refund policy.

Money to send the rags back to them for a refund. Which is not guaranteed if it supposedly gets lost in transit. Which I find highly suspicious. And makes me think you will never get a refund as they will say they didn’t receive it! 😡

Badly cut clothes, low quality, does not look anything like on the pictures. I ordered size S but the bust is much larger. Does not look good. I wanted to return the item, went through a email exchange with customer service, sent pictures as they asked but they refuse to give me a return address/label and stopped responding.

I would say their material is definitely not linen, ordered an item in June, size was all wrong and not to sure about the material.

Asked for a refund twice no answer, when I finally got an answer was told to give 9dollas and they will send a bigger size.
